Hey dude. Got 3 line twists on a jump in Norway. Cause was certainly body position. Had a 90 right and should have climbed them to head back to the LZ instead of heading to the talus. From what I remember I felt they where more in the second quarter of the lines. I kicked them out and managed to turn and land a bit farther on the talus. Hey Kristin :) I'm sure you could join us. Ed gives really good briefing and he tries to include everyone in the flock according to their skills. Regarding the coaching; if you get there early enough you should be able to get some coaching jumps. But since you have time before the event, why don't you make some jumps with Ed in Lodi to get ready for it :) I'll be there from the 10th of august, we could fly together . Jul. I landed on the alternative landing and was the only one not hitting trees... There was about 100m of fog starting right at the exit point so I didn't try to follow the edge of the cliff straight away. I exited straight ahead and then turn when I was out of the clouds. There was no wind at all so made it pretty hard and my GTI was probably too small to really help. I was already to far/low to clear the ridge but made it to about 80-100m close to it before pulling. It's a good idea and if the system is well tuned there is a chance that Skydiving will not affect the harddrive protection system. What would be the interest of such a system? I can see it in CRW but in BASE it would just increase the complexity of the system and increase the risks linked to it.
