  1. And you think that makes them good guys? Would you want guys like that leading your son? I don't want guys that get their jollys by killing people for sport running the country Missing your reply? dudeist skydiver # 3105
  2. You are right. Fully. It's a question of knowing basics. Just like that. dudeist skydiver # 3105
  3. Do you think this was main reason for this long post? I doubt that. Christel dudeist skydiver # 3105
  4. Deeply impressing and touching report. My son -21 yrs old, rejected from serving at our forces due to his curvature of the spine- and 2 of his friends read that, too. They are in hot debates now! Your report made few young folks discuss (no matter in which language and at which edge of the world), that's wonderful. There should be many, many of them. I hope never to be or to see a mother crying somewhere in a car. Christel dudeist skydiver # 3105
  5. Nicolas, just add a clear pic and I will let you know, why dudeist skydiver # 3105
  6. Received PM, it is shown in red, but cannot open it by pushing the messages button. When pushing, the red words "New Message" disappear. Only can read it if it enter my email. What did I do wrong? Christel dudeist skydiver # 3105
  7. Me too. There are people which use to think more ahead than just from the forehead to their tip of the nose. I smell a rat: You perhaps do not belong to this race. You are right: I agree to your statement: "(You) I'll NEVER understand". I'm sure of that. dudeist skydiver # 3105
  8. Sure. What else? Can you just imagine an American police officer walking in the streets just with a stick in his waistband, trying to help an old lady crossing the street? He would be dead within first 5 seconds. There is the difference. dudeist skydiver # 3105
  9. What I said: American humor dudeist skydiver # 3105
  10. Ron, "socialism" is a collective name. The way you use it sounds like "communism". That is completely different. Social democrats, just that simple, not "socialists". And we have various parties, yes we have. Hey, did you know that we are allowed to vote? Have free speech and all that stuff? No birthright on owning weapons, no. But: right to throw eggs on our chancellors, if we like... Wonder how you consider Europe/Germany?!? But thats another party. dudeist skydiver # 3105
  11. The link is just present thread How I love the American way of humor. It's just so ...err brilliant ? dudeist skydiver # 3105
  12. And? Is it your voting or ours? What's about lack of time? Present proper candidates earlier to the world and we will be able fully to check out. Much better: Present more candidates. I checked out your red sig lines several times, is not impressing me. That's why I do not trust Bush and deep inside do not trust Kerry! But do prefer him as the smaller evil. Talking about this seems to be turning around endless discussion, like the crazy cat chasing her tail endlessly - From which red book is that? And poor guy Bush was born in the ghetto, right? And then let him dream forever and you reach out for another qualified candidate! Give this guy Kerry a try - he cannot be worse than GWB. What's about that: Send the 2 guys into the deep bush (or mountains) w/o any weapon, the might show their survival skills. The winner will be the winner My personal idea... dudeist skydiver # 3105
  13. Right. In that I have to confirm you and like to refer on what Bottelines said in his posts. Even our German newspapers (and my local this morning confirmed that in clear words) do not have too much material about Kerry. OTOH, using the description "flip-flopper" for Kerry here is normal, too. That's only half right, seen from beyond. Bush's "outcomes" are well known. His results inside and outside the US. His past (which I personally do not consider as a factor of highest importance ... And most important to us: Iraq. Kerry, on the other side, shows himself completely different. And with him too, I do not mind his past. So: We would expect him to do a better job. The impression he leaves is a man with higher trustworthiness, higher IQ, more cultivated background....I think you know what I mean, no need to go into every details. So Kerry is only half-known. The sense is - or the hope? - he will change something fundamentally, f. e. associate with the rest of the world? Christel dudeist skydiver # 3105
  14. Yes Ron, me: Spanish is not your second language, but English is your first, right? "... able to makeawhat ?..." dudeist skydiver # 3105
  15. Just saw that in TV. And something else, so funny, a clip showing Jay Lenno (sp ?) reporting that GWB in no way will read KK's book. Question: Why not? Answer: Yes, errr, as it's a book! That's why I enjoy to hear news about GWB: He's always good for a joke! LOL dudeist skydiver # 3105
  16. Ooooh! There were other societies, in which the "will of folks" has been disregarded, right? And figures were forged, right? Why do you ruffle your feathers? dudeist skydiver # 3105
  17. Sure there is, but we are Americans. Why shouldn't we care about OUR nation first and foremost? I don't give a flying flip about my next door neighbor unless he's bothering me. I'll carry the analogy further and say that I live in a huge mansion on a massive tract of land, and my neighbor lives in a shanty on a postage stamp. Why should I care about his place when I have so much right here? *** That's a harsh statement and would piss me off (rightly so) if I heard it from your perspective, but that's how a lot of people feel about it, and I don't blame them. *** No. I am not pissed off at all as I did not expect something special. Just transfer this matter to fauna. There are species died out but, or still sitting on a tree, fighting for their bananas. As long as they only live with each other, their horizon is small. And they will die out one day, too. dudeist skydiver # 3105
  18. This is Little John's view on the world while he shovels the shit from his cows from one side to the next OMG, I only do hope there are others "thinking"... Guy, one day you will find out that the world is not only colonized by Americans, did you know? There is life beyond the American borders We "close living" Europeans know fire, a wheel, and -must be a surprise for you- explore the s-p-a-c-e! Surprised? dudeist skydiver # 3105
  19. That's so right! That's what so many people around me slowly use to say. And that's why the US is called a "leading world power"?? The mighty "leader" just is interchangeable but, nothing's changed? Weird. dudeist skydiver # 3105
  20. Pics available? Would like to vote ! dudeist skydiver # 3105
  21. *** For the average Tom, Dick, and Harry the aftermath of 9/11 has not changed their daily lives. .. and for the average Joe, too, nothing's changed, I guess! dudeist skydiver # 3105
  22. Sorry, I was not clear enough with my poor English: I just wanted to show that as I am one of the poor fools, as presently recovering from breaking my right lower leg begin of June ! Personally, I only know very few skydivers which never had any incident in their skydiving career. And my reaction should show: I do not belong to this privileged club! Christel dudeist skydiver # 3105
  23. *** ...wondering if there are any folks out there who has not been smited by the sport... No. And I am angry about that! dudeist skydiver # 3105
