This spider is a quite common Scytodes spec. Tanzania, not that large, they catch their pride by spitting their own "glue" on them. As per my mom, in the "age" of 9 I decided to stop eating meat - and that's the case still today (perhaps by watching chicks beeing killed, fish beeing killed by my dad and granddad ?) Don't know, I'm really not interested in the reason, it's just like that. As for killing dolphins or baby seals in that well known horrible way, I'm sure we have to do something about it. It's inacceptable but, surely will go on for centuries b4 we understand to respect them creatures in a way they deserve it. If dolphins are killed for food and baby seals for fur, that might be OK (who I am to judge that). But not the torture we're doing to them. I'm not on that "protect all animals agains human beeings" trip. If done in a proper way (f.e.) by a quick, proper shoot w/o torturing animals, I do agree. We, the average Germans, just cannot go into the fields and kill f.e. hare or a deer to bring it back to mom for a fine Sunday lunch. If my memory serves me right, I already explained our harsh, rough and costy way to become a licensed hunter here in Germany. Based on that, we do not have to rely on shooting our food by ourselves - even me, a vegetarian, does not need to kill fruits and vegetables by myself - I buy killed ones in the supermercado If I understood you right, you American hunters only hunt for food. Poor maintenance in USA, me thinks Well, before I forget about your last question: The animals I kill will always be handed over to the local farmer/butcher who, of course, pays for it and sells it at a much higher price. That money I earned by killing bambi will not end in my private wallet, it's forwarded straight into our "hunting cash" (for maintenance of fences, hides (raised hides) and such.... That much for example to show a bit about German rules/rituals in Germany, where even vegetarians are allowed to kill animals (license provided!) Last thing: Did you bother to watch OP's video?
