The Invasion of Iraq: Dollar vs Euro
christelsabine replied to zagijimzoo's topic in Speakers Corner
Jesus. I really can't believe that in our educated and enlighted generation there still are individuals falling for such a BS. After all those years - woah dudeist skydiver # 3105 -
Woah! That's what I'd call the pure insider knowledge dudeist skydiver # 3105

Interesting video & graph on global warming
christelsabine replied to dorbie's topic in Speakers Corner
Exactly that: The planet itself. What we did in shortest time, is just a work of destruction. Not even Mother Nature is able to manage such lousy "work" dudeist skydiver # 3105 -
Source for that statement, pls? "99,9 percent of gun owners are good guys..." ??? How do you know that? A simple fact is: The more guns are around/available, the more will be used to kill. Period. You seem to fight the battle of your life. Enjoy and have fun. It just looks ridiculous. dudeist skydiver # 3105

Australia: Gun ban had NO effect on murder rate
christelsabine replied to JohnRich's topic in Speakers Corner
... to deserve what, please? What's your reason to "fight" for "10-% of law-abiding citizens..." in Downunder, please? What the hell do you know about "circumstances" Downunder? Perhaps same knowledge you have about UK citizens and their (gun) laws? These posts are the pure nonsense, like usual. Need some more attention, right? dudeist skydiver # 3105 -
Oh dear Johnny, you're giving your best but, Branneburg: In 2000, a 16 y/o school boy killed his boarding school boss. No school shooting. It was a personal matter between the two of them. No school massacre, JohnRich, sorry for you. Erfurt: School shooting was in 2002. A big shock to our nation as we are not used to events like that. Freising 2006: A man killes two others in his former company. Then goes on to an economy school (where he learned) and killed another man. School massacre??? Not at all. You should check your sources, JR. Lousy work. If it makes you feel good, go on with your "investigations", JohnRich. Everybody's got his hobbies, I've got mine, too. They are a bit less bloody. But that's just me. dudeist skydiver # 3105

So, why are laws made anyhow? Laws against burglary etc. - if a law does NOT stop madmen? Why don't you just let assassins enter the plane with explosives? Madmen will not be stopped by laws against it - they will blow themselves and others up as they like, they're madmen, right? Your addiction to guns appears to be kinda weird. dudeist skydiver # 3105

You seem to worry only about nuts in school playgrounds in America with automatic weapons, and not about the loss of freedoms in your own country and others. Bwahahaha - JohnRich, you're always good for a joke - you, dear John, seem to live breaking your head for the poor Brits which are not allowed to CCW the poor Brits which have a good life by NOT BREAKING their heads about weapons in their pockets - and very soon, that's my fear: you will jump over the channel and attack the poor mainland Europeans b/c they do not want to CCW. Johnny, I'll wait for you at the border. You're welcome, dear. dudeist skydiver # 3105

Could someone kindly explain to an alien what it means to "sign a ticket"??? For what is a signature needed? If I get caught in the act at speeding, parking on forbidden places, driving wrong way into a one-way-street or such .... OK, there is a chance for me that either I'll receive a ticket announcing that within next few weeks, I shall receive an offical paper giving me the chance to explain if needed - or just to accept a forfeit to be paid at the spot (which mostly is cheaper). Period. If I'm not on board of my car which is parked on a wrong place, such ticket will be stuck under the wiper blades. What is necessary to be signed? And why such violence? dudeist skydiver # 3105

Sounds like "911" and the meaning behind it is not working that well, right.... ? If some one broke into your house while you are in it and you had no weapon with you and you just called the police. Do you think the police would get there quick enough to keep the guy from shooting you? Burglary is not that a huge issue here ...especially not armed ones. That's absolutely rare. Of course, especially in day times when people are at work, picklocks violently break into homes and steal and nick whatever they could carry away: Doing it quick, no noise, within minutes at homes where even heavy doors are just closed and not locked. Those fellows try to avoid any contact with home owners or neighbours. Perhaps that's reason why home owners do not feel the need to keep a weapon in their house. Additionally, our homes mainly are solid built stone houses (I know nobody who's living in a wooden house), neighbours know each others. We do not fear our next neighbour is walking around with a CCW But I think main reason is: We are not used to carry weapons in daily life with us. This fact alone might do the difference. dudeist skydiver # 3105

And...? Does that disturb you in your daily biz over there? dudeist skydiver # 3105

Have you ever forgot your goggles?
christelsabine replied to PilotLevi's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Yes, I've fogotten my goggles - one time and that was exactly the jump with my German instructor for my German license (all jumps and AFF before were made in Spain): I'm a fool, need glasses, wore contacts which felt so uncomfortablet in freefall, so decided only to jump with glasses and huuuuge goggles - which I forgot at that important jump! Sitting there with glasses on my nose, no goggles and an exit to come within few minutes... no glasses will survive a freefall! My instructor was/is a cool guy - he just took away goggles from the jumper next to him ("You can jump without, right?..!) handed them over to me and all went well! dudeist skydiver # 3105 -

Soldier in Iraq dips his bullets in pork
christelsabine replied to SpeedRacer's topic in Speakers Corner
That entire story looks like a fake (or should I say: it stinks?) Watch that man's hand: Dark brown. That giant ring. All is wrong in this video. Don't know which party it created (don't want to know) - it's just needless like a hole in the head. dudeist skydiver # 3105 -

Well, I would not bet my money on that: Having a look at the loooong fruitful lifes of British Royals - many of them reach an age of nearly 100, that's not bad -

Your talking about notoriety, right? There are many in US (political) history who easily could claim that: Drinkers, liars, actors, another actor, killer/another liar ... And "you" kissed all their a****, right? OK, now move on.. Long live the Queen, my aunt. dudeist skydiver # 3105
