    Awesome! (I am not too aware of Body For Life, just for the record). I am not saying that you can't lose weight with Atkins or whatever. It just seems like kinda taking the easy way out having to pay Jenny Craig to weigh you once a week to make sure you're staying away from the chocolate. I'd rather just do it myself, but that's just my nature. That's really cool though that you've lost that weight and are working on keeping it off.     I love that place! Uh, yeah....I'll be reluctantly going on a double date with two of my best friends, and this girl that I don't know, that they fixed me up with, against my own will.     IMO, low fat diet and exercise. I know that's cliche, but it worked for me. Dropped 50 pounds in about 6 months, and have kept it off (well, put about 10 back on in muscle, whatever). If you want it bad enough, it's a piece of cake. The results will motivate you. You wanna mess around with Weight Watchers or Atkins or Jenny Craig, or all that other BS (again, just my opinion), go ahead...but you don't need to spend a bunch of money on that stuff, just watch what ya eat, and exercise.     Poor fellas. At least the dropzone itself is okay. That's a lot of $$$ in equiptment lost though... Someone let me know if they need help up there, I'd drive up there without hesitation if they have a use for me. The rig I used on my first jump no longer exists...I just realized that.     Oh God! That's my Dropzone... edit: Steve, was the fire in the hanger? Or do they move all of the equiptment to a storage facility in Goshen? Basically, was the fire on the actual DZ itself?
