Oh by the way, Brittany was drink for drink with me all night at the Wild West. The bar tab for the two of us was like $70. The drinks were cheap too. I was completely wasted. She acted like she had been drinking Kool-Aid all night.

I've been in Houston visiting a friend this week. I met up with brits17 (Brittany) at this country dancing club last Wednesday after I realized she lived here. That girl is super cool! She can move real well on the dance floor as well. After the country dancing her roommate Ted and her were kind enough to let me join them on a BASE adventure. They didn't end up jumping due to authority intervention, but regardless, it was one of the coolest and most surreal nights of my life. Brittany's awesome (and so is Ted and probably every other BASE jumper). Holla!!! The FAKE KRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMER!!!!!!!!!

If so, what do you do, and would you mind submitting to a short interview that could be done via PM? I need to interview someone in law enforcement about profiling. If you reply saying you wouldn't mind being interviewed, and work in [any job that will be good enough for my purposes], then I might PM you a few questions (like 5-10). I'm guessing it might only take you 10 minutes to answer the questions I have. I simply need a few words from someone in the industry for a paper I am writing. Hope someone here can help. Thanks! I've been playing "whuffo" for about the past 5 months. I was just peeking in to see whats going on, and I felt very compelled to leave this message for you: You have no idea how much fun your life is right now. Not skydiving sucks, but not spending your time around the people you skydive with sucks even worse. I really hope you appreciate how youthful, wild, and free-spirited you're being right now. Its awesome. If you ever step out of the lifestyle for a few months (like myself), you will definitely realize how crazy life is on the inside. Until then... take my word for it. Stay safe.

Man... I don't even know what to say. I've been out of the loop lately and just heard about this tonight. Egon is the first person I've met in this sport to die. I met him this time last year at Rantoul and bought a rig off of him. I saw him at Richmond and Eloy and the PIA Symposium in Jacksonville since then. I'll always remember him for being a very cool down-to-earth guy. He was always willing to talk to me even though I am very much a small timer. I'll miss having his positive presense around in the future. The FAKE KRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMER!!!!!!!!!

I haven't jumped in like 3 or 4 months. Its funny, at the time of my last jump, if after I landed you would have told me that would be my last jump for at least 4 months - I would have said you were crazy. Just a lot of stuff coming up in life and making it hard to get to a DZ. Anyway, I was wondering what the longest some of you have gone w/o jumping is. I need to feel better about myself. Right now I feel like poop for not jumping more often. Holla. The FAKE KRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMER!!!!!!!!!

I'm glad I found this thread. I'm only like 3 months uncurrent (been very busy with other stuff lately), and I was just sitting here thinking about skydiving. I miss it a lot. To be honest, I'm glad that there are people in here I know who have sat out far longer than 3 months. Makes me not feel as bad. I bought a brand new rig last winter and only have 3 jumps on it too. Ahh shit... I need to jump. The FAKE KRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMER!!!!!!!!!

I do not believe I knew Sean. But I know Jason (the videographer who is in ICU right now) very well. My prayers go out to the friends and familys of all involved. I don't know what to say... this is the closest an incident has ever hit home with me. It would be great if anyone has a picture of Sean they could share. I have been to Richmond several times, and would like to know what he looks like. There are a lot of people there who I would consider an aquaintence - yet do not remember their name. The FAKE KRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMER!!!!!!!!!

Just wanted to eat up some bandwidth to say that I, for one, am going to miss seeing Reggie Miller on a basketball court. He just played his last game scoring a game high 27 points at the age of 40.
