Blood group B is most common in Asian populations. Race does affect blood type, along with many other factors... Blood group O is genetically recessive, therefore you'd expect it to be very rare. However in the UK it is the most common blood type. In America I think it is A. BTW "Caucasian" is a meaningless classification, as it covers many racially diverse populations. I hope that answers your question

That is *such* a cool game! I love it, thanks

I really should jump in the US... You have a boogie on my Birthday!!! Steph -x-

We were supposed to be able to see it this morning (in the UK). I tried and failed... Apparantly it was too diddy. Some of my colleagues projected it using a telescope but reckoned the sunspots were much more impressive! I jump at Headcorn in Kent. Lots of Londoners jump there, so if you don't meet them on-line, come to the DZ and meet them (and me!) there! Steph -x-
-
Headcorn's usually far too busy. However, a bad weather forecast kept people away... It was SO wrong! Glorious blue skies except for about an hour on Sunday afternoon... Jump, pack, jump, pack... We manifested and were straight on a kit on call... Don't you just hate it when that happens?!!! Steph -x-

8:1 7 x 4-way jumps 1 x 3-point 10-way with the last 4-way on Sunday being my first attempt at blocks! Did such a *sweet* zigzag-marquis I am still buzzing now! I f*cking love verticals!!! I'm going to buy the *biere* in Lapalisse BTW Are any DZ.com-ers going to be jumping at Lapalisse this weekend? Steph -x-
-
Oh Luv2Fall, I am SO sorry... How is Ren doing? I worry about mine when I'm at the DZ as they only have each other for company. I don't know what I'd do if anything happened to one of them Blue skies Stimpy. Steph -x-

I hope it's OK to resurrect old threads... I was having a search and am so chuffed to find other bird-loving jumpers! That's brilliant!!! I have two 'tiels as well - and they're the same colour as yours... Mine are called Bert and Ernie

Ooh, sounds useful... How does that work then? My team is flying Ryanair to St Etienne next week and we're checking 5 rigs in. We're getting a couple of "Sporting Goods Allowances" to cover our excess baggage. Can we still ask them to put the last luggage tag on? - and on what grounds do we need to ask for it? Cheers, Steph -x- I'm off to Lapalisse - la la la la la

Skydive Lillo is about 50 mins from Madrid. If you search, there's been a few threads about the place... Have fun! Cielos Azules, Steph -x-

The language crime which really bugs me is the mispronunciation of the word "thing" as in "anythink" and "everythink"!!! Another language related pet hate is the phrase "at the end of the day", which some people use in every other sentence! It does have a few appropriate contexts, but usually it makes no sense whatsoever!!! Steph -x- PS colour harbour

Well, I posted "ARRAZ!" with an English accent if that's any good "One huuuuuuundred and eiiiiiiighty!!!" Hmmmm, it doesn't really work does it?! Steph -x-
-
I've been to Aerokart twice now and on both trips had a fantastic time! I'm sure you will too, and that you'll gain lots of skills and confidence
-
Good Arraz!!! Well done you

Cheers for finding the CNN link... I was wondering the same thing myself! My favourite bit: Anyone got any more cool X-ray pics? Steph -x-

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/3685791.stm Apologies if this has been posted before... Surely worth another look though - if only for the cool X-ray! Steph -x-

Yes thanks! Clem took it on his drunken wander... but I'd left it sitting on the bar all night! Hence my concern as to what piccies are on that film!!! Anyone know a "no questions asked" developers?! I really need to go digital... Steph -x-

Oh great! Does anyone know if there are any crap-weather activities lined up? A couple of years ago we had hovercrafts at the AK meet, and one of those "spin you round and upside down" thingamebobs! Steph -x-
