    Merry Christmas guys!!! saw a great "out-take show" yday - man doing interviews about the "ideal christmas card".     Trainers that were too small that i'm going to exchange and buy a new alti, and a top that's too big which i'll exchange for new goggles!!!! I got some lovely disney stuff tho (disney mad, me!) Oh... and a diamond necklace from my was-boyfriend, but no longer. We exchanged gifts with each other anyway. Well impressed.     I've finally got my arse back in the plane and jumping again for the first time in 10 months and i had the best time!!! So pleased to be back again! It was wicked!!!!! Only problem - now i'm going to hate the fact i have to work away and at weekends even more!!!! Oh well, time to look for new job, me thinks! If you're gona skate on thin ice, you might as well dance

    My dad was okay about it at first - he paid for my first jump course for my birthday. But then when it came to my first freefall, and when my BPA membership had to be renewed, because i wasn't 18, he had to sign my forms too, which freaked him out a lot. fair enough tho i guess. he kinda felt like he was signing my life away!!     i do very much believe in the soul, and i think a cloned human would have a soul, unique personality, call it what you want. For whilst it is genetically identical to the parent cells it was cloned from, it would have unique experiences, environment, life in general. And i think that would make it a unique individual, even if it has the same genes as someone else. If you're gona skate on thin ice, you might as well dance

    Personally, i believe the "because God says it's the way to go" thing, but that is my opinion. Also, If a couple co-habit, without marriage, it is easier to dissolve the partnership, but marriage is harder to dissolve, so may encourage the couple to work at not having to break up when difficulties arise, and this may result in a couple working through their issues and staying together. Or that was kinda the way it worked with my parents. A good thing or not? Well, that must be dependent on the individual situation. But I do think co-habiting can work too, i think if it means a more relaxed, comfortable environment for a couple and their children, if it's what suits that family, then surely it must be a more positive environment to raise that child. So, again, i guess I'm saying I can see why both work for some people, it's just I personally believe for me, that I should try to go down the marriage route.     convince my doctor to write me a letter to let me back to university after time off for being ill. specially when she doesn't want me to go back!     It's funny, some people just see it as "one those phases" that I'll grow out of, even though it's a 5 year long phase! Others, they just see it as totally typical of the crazy thing i do, kinda the natural progression from the abseilling, rock climbing, kayaking that you could not stop me doing as a teenager! And others just look at the fact that I wear skirts and pink and then give me the whole "but you're a girl"! If you're gona skate on thin ice, you might as well dance

    I love shooting, but would only ever go to a gun club, I would never have a gun at home, regardless of the laws of the country. And i would never want any man of mine to have one at home either. As a nanny, I know how devastated I would be if the children ever got their hands on it, so God only knows how I would feel if a child of my own did. I know weapons are meant to be locked up etc etc but accidents happen, and i wouldn't want it to happen to me. xxxxxxxxx If you're gona skate on thin ice, you might as well dance

    Dont have my own babies but the girls i nanny for think it's great, all though they have no concept of it. The youngest said the other day, when i was whinging about cloud to her mum, "well you might get rained on if you go in the clouds" - girl gotta point! She did a wonderful sticking and painting using the mag, cutting out all pics of people in freefall, drew a plane, the grass - very cute! And they like to play "skydiving" on my feet - you know, like superman rides when you little. But Acme, that pic is very cute!
