  1. Hi Not a CRW dog but the Long walk back, in 90 degree temp, carrying rig could be part of the problem. What altitude was your H&P and were you sitting in the saddle or hanging in the harness?. R.I.P.
  2. Hi C Don't see how the state & FAA can justify the expense of a tower without the number of T.O. and landing numbers from the skydiving ops. Good luck, play nice, make it a win win R.I.P.
  3. Hi Micro glad to hear your little one is doing well.
  4. Hi RMH Depends on the company and/or rep We had a very bad experience with a jumpsuit co/rep took a very long time to get it partially resolved to my satisfaction. Other co's are known for their customer service, like the pro track folks among many others. Work your grapevine R.I.P.
  5. Hi Mundo Can you explain the history behind the PC on the riser.
  6. Bad We get our meds from Caremark Rx, thru our health insurance co. gotta wonder if these business practices increase the cost of medical care. Dumb question. R.I.P.
  7. Hi AC If you got the time may as well get your muff bro/sister membership while your at Z-hills so you can be a offical card carrying asshole like the rest of us assholes. Ask and you will recieve. R.I.P.
  8. Dustin Basic rule of driving: give right of way to the bigger vehicle or you can be dead right. Nice bike imo assume everyone in a car/truck is out to kill you. R.I.P.
  9. Hi TK When we used to go to z-hills we stocked up on brand new sequential numbered $2 bills and stamped ea one with a parachute ot twin otter. The locals loved them.

  14. Hi We always told people rather than wear the lead just drink X amount of water to gain the required weight and don't pee until after the jump was over. Then there was always the nerf football cut in half worn inside the front of the jumpsuit for the aero dynamic look. R.I.P. R.I.P.
  15. Hi Sparky Thanks for the pics. I'm sure you know I've just been yanking your chain about the $50 vollor coordinated helmet bag. We've got the same bag as your black one, and another one OD. For the young ones who have never seen one they all have lots of neat pockets, inside and outside the bag for holding stuff like rubber bands spare ripcord, cutaway handle, pullup cords, goggles, log books etc. The military stile helmet bags are very nice and the price is right, but... but I guess the color cordinated folks would have to go all black or OD to keep the "look". R.I.P.
  16. A lot less then I paid for this Fu**ng helmet. Hi sparky Thats a very nice looking skid lid. No scratchs, etc. Got a pic of the helmet bag you used to protect the finish you can post for us, or was it a closet queen? Don't worry folks I'm not staying long, I'll crawl back under my rock. R.I.P.
  17. In skydiving its "If you've got a 10 cent brain, put it a $300 dollar helmet". Don't forget the $50 dollar helmet bag thats match's your jumpsuit and rig. R.I.P.
  18. Hi Jim I'm guessing someone just wanted a "wendy helmet". Since they've had it this long no telling what they've been doing with it. Beware! if you find it wear gloves R.I.P.
  19. Hi PC It's been about 6-8 years since the last time we met but I doubt your waist is that big, your big bro maybe Tell your momma R.I.P. said howdy!! R.I.P.
  20. Depends on where you go. We've got riverfront condos with a yacht club just out the back door and a golf course across the street out front that run from $300,000-$500,000, and I know of very nice, new-ish condos without those luxuries that run around $200,000. I don't know of any 1 bedrooms, and 2 bedroom units aren't all that common. Property is cheap enough where I live that most people just build/buy houses. A couple years ago the gal I was with and I built a new house on a quarter acre lot for $168,000... 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 car garage, 2200 finished square feet. Why would we want to share walls/ceilings/floors with others when we can have that much more privacy for less? Blues, Dave Oh to live somewhere with sanity in the property market Hi Newbie Sanity Think "location, location, location". The area that Dave is located in is a desert and was home to a major nuke weapons production facility ( Google: Hanford Nucleur reservation). The good news is that if your employed in the hazardous waste cleanup industry, there will be plenty of well paid jobs for a very long time. Dave's childrens, children will have a bright future if they stay in the area. FWIW if I was employed in the same industry as Dave the tri cities area of Washington state would be a great place to live. R.I.P.
  21. Hi WG I'm gonna guess that some addicts start taking heroin by other means than main lineing: snorting smokeing, whatever. Before they know it their hooked and they resort to the needle to get the bang for the buck. Weird? Just sad R.I.P.
  22. There are indeed, and some hernias can become life threatening if not treated. Google 'strangulated hernia' for more information. Do not mess around with it - get it repaired! Here is a fun resource on hernias. We had some "man pain" saw the Dr and he told us Hernia But not to sweat it, be all you can be He a laid back dr and said we didn't need no stinking surgery

Depends how you define torture. According to official Pentagon statements "water boarding" and other torture methods are not torture... Hi Mikky Plausable deniability "I never had sex with that women" The sad thing is some people will belive what the politicians "is" saying. R.I.P.
  24. Hi Prof Is Eloy inside the red circle? At least they have a tunnel Reminds me of A dz in florida complainiing about a TFR shutting down their DZ when the pres was in their area (on a weekend). R.i.P.
  25. Hi RL Damn the art of delivering newspapers sure has changed over the years, except for the xmas card Back in the day we had a peper route delivering the New york post to apts in the bronx. No mud puddles to deal with, but we had to make our own collections weekly, a major PAO. We used the "Holiday card" in December as a gentle reminder to our customers that a tip would be appreciated. The tips during the holiday season was a major source of our yearly income. A weekly/monthly tip. we were lucky to have the customer answer the door so we could get paid weekly. Sometimes we had to pay our customers bill for weeks out of our own pocket until we could collect the money. R.I.P.
