For me the more relaxed I am the better my accuracy is. I find the more complex I try and make a swoop The worse results I have. When I'm setting up for a swoop if I am thinking, I need to be exactly here, at exactly this altitude, with exactly this amount of brakes. It makes me tense and my accuracy worse. If I stay relaxed and think, Ok, i'm going to swoop through there and land there it works.
I would say keep working on the 180. Adding another 90 is only going to make things more complex.
