    Then you have not looked. Other than the fact that PP provides fetal tissue to others for research, all the rest is fabricated. Some of the PP affiliates donate the tissue (bear the expenses themselves), some charge an amount which approximately covers the expense. No violations of law have been shown to happen. It is simply people with an anti-abortion agenda, who have themselves suggested illegal activities, which were not agreed to by PP, and never implemented, who then edited videos to make it look otherwise. I could easily edit clips from your posts in this thread to make it look like you support abortion and selling of parts from full term babies.

    So you think that PP, rather than the researcher, should pay the incremental cost of providing the tissues? Should other lab materials (I assume they use various glass items, equipment, etc) be donated gratis to the researcher as well? Are you against using fetal tissue for research?

    That would be the part where under 1% of PP affiliate clinics provide tissue for research, and the implied situation where that would increase. It's really quite lucrative, so I am not surprised that someone provides the service: "California clinics were reimbursed $45 to $60 to recoup their costs, which is legal. Washington donated the tissue to a university." I was charged more than that for a vial/solution to hold a 3mm skin sample being sent for biopsy.

    I agree. It is only the people that they serve that would not do fine. Isn't the great majority of the "public funding" actually fee for service, mostly under Medicaid?
