We have existing forced sterilization laws? And the laws aren't being enforced? Ok, if we did enforce the ACA requirement for health insurance to cover contraception (no religious exemption), there would be less homicides. If we had more abortions, there would be less homicides. If we eliminated environmental and auto safety regulations, there would be less homicides. If you cannot show that illegals are committing homicides at a higher rate than legals, you aren't really addressing the overall homicides very effectively by eliminating a small category of them.

    Actually Babies 0 If PPH were defunded, there would be a lot of moms getting less or no prenatal care, more babies with STDs right out of the chute, more unwanted pregnancies owing to lack of contraception. I doubt that the number of abortions in the US would go down.

    I expect that those numbers are by numbers of patient visits, not by dollars spent. i.e., I expect that abortions comprise 3% of the visits, and more than 3% of the funds spent.
