  8. im 100% sure it wasnt because of the velcro , the pull with one hand made the release ting move for at least 10 cm down
  9. hiya all 2 weeks ago I had my first reserve ride after a nice 2 way rw jump.. pulled at 3000 and canopy seemed to open normally , but suddenly it starts twisting , finally I end up with twisted risers in front of my eyes and an spiraling canopy ( sabre 170 ) back on the ground it felt like I did everything right , and I sort of still do ( must have cuz im still alive ) but after loads of re thinking the thing there are two things that are confusing me.. first: of course the thought of could I have kicked the twist out and land my main second: I did not use the reserve procedure I was taught ( two hands on one handle ) as soon as it twisted I grabbed both handles tried to pull red , couldnt because of too much tension on the 3ring system I guess , grabbed it with two hands and pulled , a split second later i pulled silver i think the could i`ve kicked it out thinking is a normal mind thing , but im a little confused about the ,not doing the reserve procedure i was drilled to do. i always practise my two handed version before every ride up , and still when needed i do or at least did a one handed... should i stick with the original drilled two handed procedure or go for the single handed ? of course this is something to ask to my instructors in holland , but i really like yours view on this blue skies! jelle
