They are all thieves. Yor point is? I hold it true, whate'er befall; I feel it, when I sorrow most; 'Tis better to have loved and lost Than never to have loved at all.

That's a real shame, it really is. I've seen several good companies go out of business in my neck of the woods, and it seems that the CEO's always ditched ship before they have to send their employees home empty-handed. How could a company just not pay their employees though? That just disturbes me. Does the CEO have immunity over employees suing over their last paycheck? Donno. I do know the bastards have no conscience tho. Sad. Edit to add I hope they all pull a Ken Lay.

I concede to the right. We weren't in Iraq for oil after all

You do mean the oil the Iraqi goverment is asking the world to bid on? That oil? That same oil SH was keeping for himself? That oil? Whether or not Saddam was in power (we put him there when we needed him) It's THEIR oil. The Usual Suspects. Moving in for the kill. Shakes head and walks away. No warning, no last paychecks. Wonder what the CEO walked away w/? I saw Pizza Hut do it yrs. ago when I was told at the last min. to go rip all their signs down one morning. Bewildered employees standing out in the parking lot. Don't put your eggs in one basket people. http://cbs2chicago.com/local/bennigans.restaurant.shutdown.2.782428.html I hold it true, whate'er befall; I feel it, when I sorrow most; 'Tis better to have loved and lost Than never to have loved at all.

but better yet not to announce ahead of time your intent to kill and then make up a lot of false evidence, as he has done. A pretty decent investigator would turn up these postings. Good point. OK. I'm going back to watching the vagina diaries/monolouges. Now, that's some scary shit. Rough call. Depends on alot of things. Can you (the person) afford the healthcare and time involved. Many people do keep them. I'm personally against abortion, BUT, I haven't had to walk in those shoes. http://www.downsyndrome.com/ I hold it true, whate'er befall; I feel it, when I sorrow most; 'Tis better to have loved and lost Than never to have loved at all.

Glock model 32. 357 Sig. 13+ 1. Extra magazine (or 2) if needed.http://www.usglock.com/index_files/glock32.htm Agree with a glock. Disagree with calibur choice though. I own a glock 22 (.40S&W). It holds 15+1 and is easy to hide in the back with a shirt over it. If you find thats too big try a glock 23. Same calibur smaller gun (only holds 13+1), but the cool thing about glocks is you can always put a higher cap mag in a smaller gun (have a 29 rnd super high cap) as long as the calibur stays the same. Hope this helps. http://www.impactguns.com/store/glock23.html Best of both worlds. 40sw or 357 sig>http://www.kitsune.addr.com/Firearms/Auto-Pistols/Glock_31.htm I hold it true, whate'er befall; I feel it, when I sorrow most; 'Tis better to have loved and lost Than never to have loved at all.

You seem to have missed her vital piece of advice If you feel you WILL pull that trigger to protect your life if threaqtened then proceed. If you dont think you can pull a trigger and end another persons life.. no matter how much of a nutcase they are.. then do not get a weapon. Many believe they have the will to pull the trigger. A large percentage of them are mistaken. If I point my weapon at someone, it's with the intent of killing them ...not to scare them, get them to back down or leave. Three in center mass and more if they so much as twitch after that. If you can't do that, pass on the gun. LOL. Empty 14 .357 hollow points center mass. Reload ASAP. Or backup. California Bans Trans Fat in Restaurants and Bakeries
akarunway replied to lawrocket's topic in Speakers Corner
Only partially true. baked goods are BETTER. Donuts in particular, though Berkeley's King Pin donuts claim they've figured out how to do without transfats after a couple YEARS of experimentation. Why is this bill in? Aside from NYC envy, we're nearly a month past the "deadline" for this year's budget and the state is still over 10B in the red. It's do nothing, feel good, bullshit legislation, going along with the ban on horsemeat and the eventual ban on foia gras. As most, you need disclosure that 'evil' food ingredients are being used. It'a an Arnold feelgood thing. Just like the lies about Ca. being a green state. What is up with NY Liberals being Cop haters??!!

People who watch too much TV think that way. Reality just ain't so. During a traffic stop, you are not under arrest, but you are not free to leave. If you have some interaction with an officer and he decides to write you a ticket, you are not under arrest, but you are not free to leave. During a criminal investigation if someone points you out as the suspect, you are not under arrest, but you are not free to leave. If you are a material witness or in possession of evidence and an officer stops you,you are not under arrest, but you are not free to leave. If you are instructed not to move/leave by an officer, you are not under arrest, but you are not free to leave. The examples go on and on. DO I need to continue? Educate yourself on what your rights are and aren't and more importantly what an officer can and cannot do to you. Otherwise you become just another asshole screaming that you know your rights while being stuffed into the backseat of a police car. Fuck YOU . I posted last yr. I was waiting for work (my ride) one morning. Minding my own business and forcefully detained while I was completly searched including my fuckin lunchbox and my fuckin ham sandwich. Run every warrant check they could then said "have a nice day" Tell me this country isn't a fuckin POLICE STATE. Don't get me going. Do you al Qa'eda could acquire a nuclear weapon?

"If something like that (the Suitcase from Allah scenario) happened, we'd find out pretty quickly where it came from." > Kind of like how we quickly found Bin ladin? Or did we NOT WANT to find him? Thanks for that personal insight. It buttresses the fact that the media is trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill here. More photos from my visit to the Titan missile site: 1) View of a massive steel door which insulates the bunker rooms from the outside world. 2) All the rooms underground are mounted on giant springs, to absorb blast from nuclear attack, and protect the equipment inside from shock damage. 3) The concrete blast doors above ground which slide back to open up the missile silo for launch. California Bans Trans Fat in Restaurants and Bakeries

My last child turned 18 some time ago and neither wife could boil water much less cook. My gator/shrimp/andouilli jambalaya is to kill for. We won't even get into my veal or lamb or venison or elk recipies. Trans fat is needed for certain cooking. I only weigh 140 soaking wet my whole life. Not worried about small amounts of trans fats. When the law starts dictating what we can eat. Well. Don't get me started. Neither wife couldn't boil water!? Still, I'm sure your recipes are great, but the point here is that there are safer alternatives where also the food wouldn't taste any different! It's not just about keeping the weight down too - these fats fuck your arteries up big time. You're letting yourself get mad over something that isn't worth getting mad about. By thinking like that, do you also think crystal meth should be legalized? I think all drugs should be legalized. It keeps the prices down. Less thievings. Should be handed out for free. Tax it. Whatever. I walked out last nigh for a drink. Druggies/ hookers everywhere. To many cops. Keep it illegal. I'll just have to shoot em they try to rob me. You seeem like you love the nanny state. Must be good for your wallet. I hold it true, whate'er befall; I feel it, when I sorrow most; 'Tis better to have loved and lost Than never to have loved at all. -

Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn. I took it to a more 2000ish level. Or a friend told me yrs. ago when we went to Wy. to work. There's a girl behind every tree. Well. There were't any fuckin trees. I did hookup w/ the hottest chick at the mancamp for awhile tho. Starr. Where'd ya go babe? My dad was Vice Wing Commander at Clark AFB in the Phillipines at the end of the Vietnam War. He told me a story one day. He said some crates of nukes came in in a hurry and he had nowhere to store them right away. He put them in the middle of an empty hanger and marked them as "trash" or something to that effect. So obvious nobody even fucked with them til he could SAFE them. Seems like nothing ever changes.Edit to add: He's dead and prolly anyone around at the time so I imagine no one can be harmed from the story. And it could be that. Just a story.
