I was thinking spray paint. The NFL does it, so it should be good enough for the average joe. The second or third last time we had a nasty drought with really low water levels was back in the late 80s-early 90s. Yes, even when CO2 was under 400 ppm, we had nasty droughts. When I started at UCSB, they people were actually spray painting their lawns. I think it was 1993 when it made news that Lake Cachuma was filled after something like 5 dry years. Spray painting lawns is not unprecedented here. Except maybe each property owner needs to do an EIR prior to every application of paint. But then it would take 5 yrs and 10k to get a permit. They have to make sure you don't hurt a turtle or a dime sized flower or a bird or an ancient artifact or on and on and on. Must use state approved paint too at 50$ a gallon. I was doing 70 on the east-west expressway yrs. ago in Orlando, Fl. before it was complete. There was still one place you could cross from a dirt road to a dirt rd. Guys pulls on to cross right in front of me. Locked em up and stopped inches from T boning him. Waived him into the big median to have a fight. Out get the biggest person I have ever seen in my life. Still can't figure out how he fit in the car. Jumped back in my car and had a blast chasing him around for a few mins. before I took off. You never know what you're gonna get when you grab somethings tail.

I was working const. at a new casino a few yrs. back. The safety guy heard me talking about my skydiving. The company was Perrini out of Vegas. (new day mobsters) He threatened to have me removed from the job for my (off work) risky behavior. Turned out they needed me. Funny. I was the last one on the job. (other than my bosses) WTF? Didn't mean to be harsh. Just wondering how it happened. I made a bad choice w/ over 200 jumps and now have a titanium femur. Uppers where ripping, first load of the day, bad spot, nowhere to land but a tree. Low turn to avoid said tree. 10 mths. later back in the air. Scared as hell til exit. Learn from the mistakes.
