Depends on how tough you are. My sisters asshole boyfriend hit my niece (3 yrs old) w/ one 50K volts and she just looked up at him like WTF. lexan will yellow w/ uv light and age also. also will become brittle w/age. takes longer than plex tho. it's also very expensive. 1/8" or 3"16 max for a project that size. they also have special drill bits for acyrlics. if you you a normal steel bit use a variable speed drill and drill very slow whilst holding your hand down on the plex where drilling or you will be buying another piece. cut with a jigsaw(they have special blades for this also) or skillsaw with the a fine tooth blade on backwards. there materials scratch very easily so dont peel the protective paper or cover w/ masking tape b/4 cutting. don't any abrasives when cleaning. soapy water and clean cotten cloth or soft paper towels. i owned a sign co. for years and learned a lot the hard way. contact a local plastic co. and i'm sure thet will help you or pm me I hold it true, whate'er befall; I feel it, when I sorrow most; 'Tis better to have loved and lost Than never to have loved at all.

Well. I had less than 200 jumps when I did my tandem chases (my children were the students) and yes the tm's had the final say. goes to say jump #'s don't mean shit. jumps went great except for a landing out on my part being so wrapped up in the edit to say the moment w/ my daughter. Hats off to Dwight and Jeramy. TM's that ok'd it.
