    Overrated Crap

[reply........I TOTALLY agree with you on Free Bird. If ever a song didn't sound like a free bird it is that one. I never could figure out why people were so enamored with it........... It's the only "slow" song that most bar bands sorta half-assed knew back in the day. By the time they got around to playing it just about everyone in the bar was shit-faced and ready to play grab-ass on the dance floor. It's a wonder more bars didn't burn to the ground with all the Bics being flicked by people who could barely sit up on a barstool. .....Ahhhh! The memories!!
  2. And those are your only two choices; British or Irish? Only the ones with halfway decent music and wet t-shirt contests. (I also like Gasparilla Day in Tampa. Never been to Mardi Gras.) Half decent music maybe but Irish girls im sorry to say are not as nice as American girls! Well.. the wet-t contests I've seen are here in the good ol' USA. Maybe the girls are "plastic paddys" but I'm entertained. (silicone paddys?) ...and what would Hooter's be without their "Green Bikini Contest"?

  4. Dont' hate me just because I can tan while rocking to Black 47 Subliminal message there?!
  5. Hmmmm...lessee.... That would be all Americans with the exception of any full-blooded Indians. ...and even they are Asians. I think Americans prefer to celebrate St. Patrick's Day because it's usually more fun than any of the British "days".
  6. Do guys really care? if you want to fuck the sae cow again.. maybe! they also like it when you bring flowers every now and then, buy them dinner etc... I thought the flowers were dinner.
  7. I guess that either you have to be good enough for the cow to enjoy it , or that's a vote for holding the tail under your arm (so she can't get away easily). Wendy P. so she can't get away...? you’re talking to VB. dude, i dont discriminate by sexes; i take what i can get! ....nor species! if not discriminating against sexes doubles your chances, what is the multiplicator for species then!? I guess that would depend on whether an individual prefers "with" or "without".
  8. I think I got ripped off. We didn't have a "special ground arrow" at our DZ.

  10. I dunno, I'm Italian ...not Irish. (garlic ...not gaelic)
  11. For your listening pleasure ...One of my favorite tunes by one of my favorite artists. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cBGkhPx529g
  12. I would love to try that at a meeting but down here in Polk County, Florida I would probably get an informed answer and some helpful suggestions to go along it.
  13. Yeah, I realize what they meant but the way it was written just struck me as a bit funny. (Doesn't take much to humor me.
  14. http://edition.cnn.com/2011/US/03/15/nasa.powder.investigation/index.html?hpt=T2 Caption under the photo says "NASA has a zero-tolerance drug policy, and all employees may be randomly tested." Is it still "random" if they are going to test all employees.
  15. Lots of information here for anyone who's interested. Lots of links in one place with varying levels of understanding. Might save someone some googling. I thought this one was interesting. We might see some of his analysis being tested soon.
  16. The little dealers ambushed me again this morning at the grocery store. 2 more boxes! ...I got a monkey on my back!!
  17. Yep, and Wallmart is jealous! They've developed their own Great Value knock-off brand of GS cookies. Quite tasty and at half the price... Way to go, Wally! It ain't about the cookies. It's about raising money for the Scouts. (Although, I might buy the Walmart brand if there weren't any Girl Scouts around. Thanks for the tip! Uh, they are filled with orangutan-killing palm oil, aren't they?)
  18. +1 No way I'm gonna support palm-oil-free GS cookies. They should leave the saturated fat in them ....where it belongs! DON'T &#!% WITH THE COOKIES!! Give the orangutans the freedom to adapt and evolve into a more robust species. Free them from the bondage of their limited and isolated environment and from their absolute dependence upon it. What happens to them if Toba blows again and they can't adapt? What about future species which will evolve and adapt to the new environment created by the production of Thin Mints? New, unimaginable species that will never exist unless given their own special niche to fill. Don't they also have a right to their place in the world of the future?
  19. I always ask the girls if they have "the good kind" and, without fail, they hand me the Thin Mints. MMMMM! I always stock up my freezer with them during cookie season.
  20. Yes! I agree completely! It all does seem to fit ...doesn't it?
  21. I am thinking... he has exited the gene pool. I read this here : "All the characteristics of scalar EM wmd are showing up in Japan data: 1) High frequency jitter on top of large amplitude locking in videos--textbook nuke test ground rattling--characteristic of forced macro scale rheologic material response to an artificially sustained forcing function driver. 2) Unnaturally prolonged duration 3) Enormous whirlpool left in a shallow bay, surface hydrological phenomena of diamagnetically entrained mass scale entrainment to HAARP flux tube channel input site for inertial driver 4) Probabilities of close succession in 100 year magnitude events are piling up too close in chronologic sequence, indicated abuse of a weapons system advertised in the 90s--British Crop Circles were initial public offering of banned Tesla technology's operational covert program in alien messages deception drawn in cultivated fields. No one is fooled, it's still a wmd violation rogue on the world stage. 5) Game Theory of Stealthy Limited Nuclear War predicts pattern of city swapping and also asymmetric self destructions (Christchurch New Zealand) to even up tallies for continued symmetric war targeting." No, this wasn't posted by Charlie Sheen. Well, I suppose it could have been ...I dunno! ...a couple of the responses are pretty good, too. (Just as !)
  22. Wow! ...That's a whole sky-full of Chinese missiles! Nice picture.
  23. "Freedom's just another word for 'nothing left to lose.'" OO! That is one of my favorites! I loved Janis~ One of my favorite country lines right now is "The best view in the world, is the view from my front porch..looking in!" I loved Janis too but Kris Kristofferson (and someone whose name I forget) wrote Me and Bobby McGee. eta: Fred Foster is the name I forgot. I first heard that song sung by Roger Miller. Also, I'm a fan of Richard Thompson - "I see angels on Ariels in leather and chrome, Swoopin' down from heaven to carry me home. And he gave her one last kiss and died. And he gave her his Vincent to ride." OK ...more than one line.
