As far as health concerns? When I was in the Marines I would take metobolic enhancers (containing ephedrin) everyday. It depends. Do you want to lose it permanently or do you just want to be able to fit into that dress again? If it's permanent then you need to make a lifestyle change. Start cutting back on "bad" things in your daily diet. Make sure you get enough sleep every night. Stay active. Weigh yourself everyday at the same time. Keep in mind slow weight loss is better than fast weight loss. 4 years ago I was 250 pounds and started doing all these things. Currently I weigh around 205 and am slowly coming down. Me and a couple buddies from highschool all joined the Marines and ended up in southern california for just one weekend. So naturally we took the opportunity to go down to tiajuana for an evening of pillaging. Anyhow we're bar hopping and end up in this dingy assed strip club where it SHOULD HAVE been dark enough to make the women pretty. It was f'n dark as hell and the women were still fugly. It got to the point where I was having a difficult time telling whether these strippers were even female so I convinced my buddies it was time to go. On the way out this Mexican who didn't speak any english grabs my arms and says,"you want girls?"" You got girls?", I ask. "Yeah man. You wanna see girls." "Are you talking about strippers?" "No man.....putas." So I turn to my buddies and tell them this guy wants to take us to see some hookers and one of my buddies says,"fuck yeah let's go." I tell him," Dude I'm not banging any hookers but if you want to go we'll go." "Yeah! Let's go!" So the guy tells us to follow him which we do. At this point he takes us on a 10 minute long tour of TJ's dark alleys. There was a surprising amount of people just hanging out in these dark alleys. Thinking we're going to get jumped, I was on edge and watching our backs. I'm not exageratting one bit....10 f'n minutes of walking dark assed fucking alleys! When we finally get there I was so busy watcfhing our backs that I actually run into one of my buddies."Why are we stopped," I asked. "We're here," my friend replies as he points across the street. I look where he's pointing and see at least 50 women lined up on a wall. There are people all over and the street lamps are'nt working so it's dark as hell, and just plain terrifying for three 18 year old Marines. So I turned to my buddy and say," Ok you brought us all the way out here now pick one and do your thing so we can get the fuck out of here." He just looks at me as if to say fuck that...let's get the fuck out of here now. I confirm what I thought and apologize to the little Mexican dude for wasting his time then ask him how we get back to the strip. He points at a street corner and then tells us to go right. Sure enough...this guy walks around the dark alleys for 10 f'n minutes and only took us one block over. The rest of the evening went off without a hitch with mass beer consumption and dancing with hotties. Even had my head up some chick's shirt while on the dance floor at some point which was awesome ...come on I was 18 for fucks sake! However, we didn't get laid and didn't bang any hookers but I'm not going to lie and say I wouldn't have if the dude took us to a classy joint and I found the winner to the latest Salma Hayek look-a-like contest. www.FourWheelerHB.com

Adams was with 12 American tourists who hired a driver to explore Costa Rica for a few hours. They were climbing out of the van to visit a Caribbean beach when three men wearing ski masks ran toward them, she said. One held a gun to her head, while the other two pulled out knives. Tourist fights back Suddenly, one of the tourists, a U.S. military veteran trained in self defense, jumped out of the van and put the gunman in a headlock, according to Limon police chief Luis Hernandez. Hernandez said the American, whom he refused to identify, struggled with the robber, breaking his collarbone and eventually killing him. Police identified the dead man as Warner Segura, 20. The other two assailants fled. “I was very scared at the moment,” Costa Rican bus driver Roberto Frances Allen said in an interview in Limon. “The bus was shaking and women were screaming,” he recalled. “There were two shots and I heard him (Segura) try to fire more, but the gun didn’t fire.
