And of course I remember the guy from the Leo Dickinson hanging from the door and being saved by the chute...the most incredible thing about that 80's video is that THAT scene was a reenactment! there was an actual dude that recreated the tale all the way to landing!     This is my friend and I competing on a precision competition, I'm with the red yellow and green Crossfire 149 loaded at 1.75:1, I wanna believe that I pulled a flat turn on the last turn, by that time I was on half breaks and continued the flare from there...http://youtu.be/YDP4vPraBVs, the second canopy is my friend whipping a sweet old schoo 180 toggle turn on a jedei 136.     This happened somewhere in south america, from the rumors we're hearing both guys had low number of jumps. One was coming back to the sport after two years and had around 50 jumps. His rig didn't have an AAD, the DZ didn't let him use it. So he was given a rig with a 14 year old cypres... Which worked and saved his life. There is also a picture of the two Free bags on the ground tangled together. One of the jumper quit the sport after that.     Hi guys, My friends is Bolivia told me that somebody was constructing a wind tunnel, all local skydivers were so psyched about it, seeing all the images of the wind tunnels around the world. But now they are asking me to look for a company that sells the big baggy balloon suits of old...do you guys have any leads? who is still making them?     No, I haven't anybody yet, but thanks for the tip, I'll be contacting Mel, and I'll take it from there. The canopy in question was so out of trim that it used to collapse or stall very quickly during flare and finally some lines popped up during opening. This canopy is in Bolivia, and should be arriving here (USA) by the end of the month. Never a fan of those blue track, but I'll be test jumping it after the reline....but, if it was good for Deug de Gayardon, then It's good for me....I guess. LOL. Thanks, guys!     Damn, if what I did as far a canopy progression wasn't that humble...when I felt humble enough I ordered my fisrt harness...now I don't fit in it...and I have to keep constantly on the look out for biggger parachuetes, what kind of a looser am I?....now to be fair..I've sat next to fricking olav, cisco, erick, and the like, and them mother fuck..rs never seemed to gain a pound in weight, now I live with the conundrum of I can land a 120....or I'll live longer if I jump a 150...the answere is sad....I need to jump a 210 7 cell mostruosity....but I don't dare show my face at the DZ..damn I'm fat! any suggestion as to how to looose 40 pounds??? -- Blue Skies NO FEARS, NO LIMITS, NO MONEY...
