Veal Scallopini with Lemon, Garlic and Pine nuts (actually a weight watchers recipe) Ingredients 2 tbsp all-purpose flour 1/8 tsp table salt, or to taste 1/8 tsp black pepper, or to taste 1 pound lean veal leg, four 4 oz scaloppini cuts 1 serving olive oil cooking spray (5 one-second sprays per serving) 2 tsp {None} light butter 1 tbsp pine nuts, chopped 1 medium garlic clove(s), minced 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup {None} fat-free chicken broth 1 tbsp parsley, fresh, chopped Instructions 1. Mix together flour, salt and pepper on a large plate. Dredge veal in flour, coating both sides and patting off any excess. 2. Coat a large, nonstick skillet with cooking spray; set over high heat. Sauté veal on both sides until nicely browned and firm, about 2 minutes per side (sauté in batches, if necessary, recoating the pan with cooking spray between each batch); remove and set aside. 3. Add butter, pine nuts and garlic to pan and toss over medium heat until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Whisk in lemon juice and broth; bring to a simmer. 4. Return veal to pan, along with any accumulated juices, just long enough to reheat, about 2 to 3 minutes. Place veal on dinner plates, top each with 1/4 of sauce, sprinkle with parsley and serve. Can Too Much Country Music be Dangerous????
MochaSkyChick replied to MochaSkyChick's topic in The Bonfire
The last couple of trips that I have been on have bombarded me with nothing but Country music stations. I’ve caught myself toe tapping several times to Tim McGraw. I even….dare I say it…caught myself singing that, “I’m carrying your love with me…” song by the guy who played in Pure Country. I even caught myself singing, “Celebrity” in the shower this morning. Is there a cure? Or will I eventually be doing the Two-Step at Wild Bill’s instead of hanging in the mosh pit of punk clubs??? PMS #62 Zarza R[red -
Yeah, instead of Post Whoring from random computers on the road, I'm actually doing it from my little cube back home. PMS #62 Zarza R[red

When I saw your post about the Kiss icon, I thought you meant KISS the band. I was like, "Hmmm, K must be a big fan or something." PMS #62 Zarza R[red

On that note, I think I'll leave my voicemail message as is. It's kinda cool when you actually get "kick your fuckin' ass" threats and death threats, all because of a simple voicemail greeting. Now I'm gonna have to DD you this weekend to see what your v-mail says. Mine is just a sound clip from an old movie. It probably says a lot about my personality. PMS #62 Zarza R[red
