I saw the tale end of a report with Buzz giving compentary somthing about a women breaking her pelvis becaouse she came in sideways. he said she had about 200 jumps and was a D so can someone tell me who it was? please!! Remember when Sex was safe and skydiving was Dangerous?

I go to Otay almost every weekend but not this one i was going to go saturday but i just got a damn flat tire going out to get some stuff from the store and i have to get that fixed instead and i can't go on sunday b/c of mothers day (i live with my grandma so i have to stay and do somthing with her) Remember when Sex was safe and skydiving was Dangerous?

I got an HM for my bring in photo of Steve swooping me and also got 4th place in the on the spot News Photo. When they were calling out the names for the Bring in photo contest i was more nervous than right before my first jump!!!!! i swear my heart rate jumped to like 140 and i was sitting down not moving at all i thought i was gonna have a damn heartattack!!!!! Well now that i know what to do i know i will place better next year!! god what an ego booster to do that well out of so many people but the winners of the events that i entered were AWSOME!!! so i know i still have lots of work to do and things to learn. but hey i had a good time, learned alot of stuff and and also learned that a stack of ihop pancakes at 10:30 at night isn't a bad thing

Ditch: sorry to say that i could use any filter b/c of the type of lens i was using which was a 16mm fisheye the lens had a b+w filter pack built in and there was no way to put a polorizor on that thing wish i could have though becouse i really wanted the ski to pop out and smack you in the face. and about the placement. I have learned that leaving enough space infront of the person is much more pleasing to the eye b/c it doesn't create tention by making it look he is about fly right out of the frame. The picture is for a bring in photo contest for a Photojournilism contest the theme is Things that College Students might like. and i thought Skydiving was a perfect subject.......plus it gave me a reason to rent some bitchen camera gear and go down to the DZ

Wingnut about the crappy shadows. thats coused by my 3 1/2 year old scanner the print that i did myself in a color dark room here at school has much more detail you can see Steve's (whiskychick is correct) face and even his glass's that here wears. Plus photopoint for some odd reason darks up everything that i put on there i even tried going into photoshop and messing with it but alas. oh well Remember when Sex was safe and skydiving was Dangerous?

I went and rented a Nikon N90s and a 16mm fisheye lens fromt he local camera shop and went down to Otay and had Steve and Dave swoop at me while landing so i could get some cool shots for a photocontest i am going to be entering this friday and also just to get some cool pictures. I got the negs back from the lab and the pictures were awsome except for a couple really close shots were blurred (i havn't practiced my panning enough) but i showed them to my teacher and he had a hard time choosing which one he liked better! (very rare) he ended up choosing one of Dave i think it is is right above me looking down at me through his camera helmet. prett cool picture and i can't wait to see if i win something with it but there are so many good shots in the 3 rolls of film that i shot. i am going to do it again the weekend after next and also bring the photos down to Otay for everyone to see.

I couldn't beleive it!!! i am sitting here playing Counter-Strike and i hear the stuff bouncing off the roof it lasted for about 30 secs and wasn't to big but its the fact that it happened thats amazing. man the weather here is just all screwy!! oh ya and my dog got sprayed by a damn skunk last time. had to give her the special bath while it was freazing cold outside when i got done the driveway looked like i had merdered someone!! dude that is some really cool video you got there i LOVE the Leader movie for your company that is some of the best editing i have seen!!!! and also what alti do you jump from when you do your speed dives and what alti do you start thinking about slowing the hell down!!!!
