  1. Wow, another profanity laced reply from the peanut gallery. Let me help you out Mr. Potty Mouth. http://tropical.atmos.colostate.edu/Realtime/index.php?loc=northatlantic
  2. That’s funny, I have never been to either of those sites. You keep trying to fit me into some Trump loving box however the facts are just not on your side.
  3. Except that it is 2022 and not 2021. ”swing and a miss, try again”
  4. I would say that a decade is a nice tidy time span. It’s funny that it was warmer 10 years ago and it was just “climate change” now it is cooler and it is “climate emergency” As I have said before, the only thing getting hotter is the rhetoric.
  5. Fun fact, global temperatures for 2022 are set to be well cooler than 2012. One decade with no additional warming despite record levels of CO2.
  6. Evidence? Putin could have done the same thing by feigning maintenance issues shutting off the gas and blaming the West for its embargo of Russia. Why would Germany cave to Russian pressure, if Russia was unable to restore gas flows. Russia blowing up its pipeline is like a kidnapper shooting the hostages during negotiations.
  7. I thought it was the British. If Russia wanted to cut supply to Europe, they could just turn off the spigot at their end. The destruction of the pipeline had the effect of weakening Russia’s bargaining power and helped to keep Germany from getting wobbly.
  8. So it still had around ten to twenty years to go and instead of replacing them with newer, larger and more efficient windmills they opted for a lignite coal mine.
  9. A COAL MINE. https://balkangreenenergynews.com/wind-farm-in-germany-is-being-dismantled-to-expand-coal-mine/ Now in order to comply with Wendy’s strict compliance standard (for me) I now must now make an additional comment. er um..(clears throat)…I find this development to be…uh…what’s the word….IRONIC! Yes that’s it ironic. Ironic and hysterical.
  10. No I have consistently said that higher levels of CO2 have not resulted in hurricane seasons outside of historical norms. This may come as a shock to you, but half of hurricane seasons are above average, so a few above average years is nothing noteworthy.
  11. Well the books are closed for the 2022 hurricane season…and the results??? BELOW AVERAGE!!! “The 2022 Atlantic Hurricane season ended with only 78% of the average ACE recorded compared to its 30-year climatology average ACE during the 1991-2020 period. The 2022 ACE level is 60% lower than occurred during the six-year period inclusive of 2016 through 2021 despite climate alarmism hyped propaganda the the world is experiencing a “climate emergency.” OTOH CO2 levels on the other hand continue to set records https://www.co2.earth/daily-co2 Can we please finally dispense with the nonsensical notion that higher levels of CO2 cause more frequent and more powerful hurricanes?
  12. Must be back benchers, never hear of them.
  13. Who, in particular, are you talking about?
  14. Why? He has zero power without a majority. The new Speaker of the House will be able to take a page out of Pelosi’s playbook and veto any committee assignments Jeffries would choose.
  15. The red wave was big enough to wash Pelosi out of the Speaker’s chair and put an end to Biden’s legislative agenda. That’s big enough for me. Now, if we can just get rid of Trump.
  16. It would be less scary if the Democrats didn’t spend $53,000,000 putting election deniers on the ballot.
  17. Yep, sounds just like Kamala Harris
  18. It’s not a belief, it is an observation
  19. I’m still waiting for Trump to be charged. If there was a there, there, Trump would have been in jail a long time ago.
  20. After they lost, the GOP doesn’t like losers, unlike the Ds who will promote you to Secretary of State when you lose.
  21. With the Rs taking the House and possibly the Senate, the Biden/Harris administration will have no choice other than working in a bipartisan manner with the Rs to repair the damage caused by the one party rule of the Ds.
  22. Mitt Romney and John McCane were guys like that and look how they were treated.
  23. If election denying candidates are a threat to Democracy, why did the Democrats give them $53,000,000 to support their campaigns?
