A good alternative to running around naked is just going panty-less. There is something real nice about wearing a dress out and not having anything on underneath. Eh it's a long term thing that started years ago. I had another surgery 2 years ago but it didn't fix the problem as much as I lied to myself and told me it did... Anyway this should stop the chronic pain and make me nicer to be around. Pain makes me a real bitch. -------------- (Do not, I repeat DO NOT, take my posts seriously.)

Hey no words with more than 3 syllables in my posts before noon ok? They took out the disk at C-7 and put in a titanium cage and fused it. They didn't use hip or cadaver bone. Instead they packed the disk into the cage. I had them put in an Ipod too. -------------- (Do not, I repeat DO NOT, take my posts seriously.)
