I disagree...lol. There is a difference between trying too hard (and looking desperate) and actually showing some interest in the person that you like. I don't believe that if a man doesn't try at all that he will get everything that he wants. He must be somewhat proactive, but he doesn't have to be on the prowl or hit on a woman in order to eventually date her. I hate that. Some women like it, but I do not wish to be hunted down. Personally, I like to be treated like a goddess, that's all...lol. If you want to win over someone special, try treating her like she is the greatest thing that ever walked the earth. That will melt her every time. Also, you have to at least show interest and/or be dashing somehow to get her attention. If you combine that with being an honest to goodness gentleman & good friend, etc., sometimes the attraction can grow into something special. It is rare, but it can happen.

OMG, that is a lot of flying time in a short period of time for a newbie. I'm curious as to your schedule. How is the 2 hours and the 10 skydives in 3 days spaced out? Is this a specific camp? Anyway, you are going to have a blast. Just make sure to pace yourself, so that the time that you spend in the tunnel is as effective as possible. You don't want to not have any arch left in you when you need it the most. Btw, I am a little jealous. Have fun!

Last year I was in South America for the 4th of July...specifically in the Amazon jungles of Iquitos, Peru. This year, it looks like I may be in the US on the east coast. Any more ideas people? Any more exciting plans to share for this year's 4th of July? It will be here before we know it.

Women can be not looking to meet someone and get so many men that they don't know what to do with them, but it is not the same for men. A man doesn't have to necessarily be "looking", but if he meets someone that interests him, then he really needs to take some steps to get to know her better. However, too many men are not picky enough with the women that they pursue. When a man throws himself at every available woman that he sees...that is a complete turn-off. However, if a man is being aggressive with letting me know that he is interested in me and only me (and if I have a connection with him), then I definitely want to get to know him better, too. Trust me, there is nothing wrong with being single. I don't understand why people are so upset when they are single. It completely turns me off to hear people (some of my female friends, even...yuck) freaking out about being alone. Why not have fun and spend me time with your family, friends and pursue new hobbies? Be happy and free and LIVE your lives to the fullest. Travel, explore and make yourselves happy. YOU are in charge of your own happiness. If I am unhappy, I only have myself to blame. I've been online for a few hours this morning trying not to post, but I have to say that I was drunk last night, too. It was totally unexpected. I went to Perris to fly for 10 minutes in the tunnel, and I was lured into the Bomb Shelter, even though I made it clear that I had no $$$ on me at all. I ended up drunk quickly when someone bought me a drink. Everyone was pretty much wasted by the end of the night. It was funny. Shortly after midnight, an ice fight erupted. Thankfully, by that point, I was sober enough to sneak away and drive home (after being a partial casualty of the ice fight). I got home at about 2:15 am. WTF is going on? I have had more to drink this year (it's only March) than all of the 12 months of last year combined. Damned drunken skydivers...I seem to be becoming one of them...

Some people have to worry about the amount of material/suppot for the girls...and opening shock and stuff See...that is what I wondered about, but Sunny assured me that it would be fine. She seems to have done it many times before. However, in your case, those could kill someone if they were let loose unexpectedly! (They are probably 3 times the size of mine...lol) Perhaps you could wear something else and jump with us, anyway.

Michele, I went in on Friday night for 15 minutes with Mel. It was sooo awesome! I was not sore the next day, but I am sore today in my arms/chest for some strange reason. (From all the grip-taking, I guess. We began to go very fast with some exercises...soooo much fun!) Like a fool, I didn't stretch. What was I thinking? I must have spaced out. I will always stretch from now on... Edited: My back and mid-region began to burn while I was in there (from the hard-core arching and weight belt), but I was fine afterwards and the next day...weird.
