  1. OK, whew, now I KNOW that I am not on THAT list either. Remember, Bill, you already let me know that you are far too old...I have no clue how THAT came up, but it did. (Lol...little does Bill know that I have dated older...) Drake ~ I have no idea who "the guys that flew in from Shreveport" are.
  2. I wish you could be here too. Thanks, sweetie...
  3. Thanks...yeah, I was being protective of Elisa. She is too sweet and lovely to be treated like that.
  4. What is that quote from, Kennedy? (I'm serious.) Is that in reference to those creepy guys at Moss Point that were being ungentleman-like?
  5. Well...I USED to always be SHOCKED , then DISGUSTED/REPULSED/OFFENDED , then, finally, LMAO!!! The scary part is that now I usually take a shortcut straight to LMAO!!! (Sometimes the shock and disgust take place as I am already lol... Btw Bill, how do I get scratched off your "Girls that you can treat like crap" list? Actually, since we have gotten to know each other a little better through PMs and if you have any sense at all...I would like to think that I am already OFF that list, right?
  6. (Vanilla high-fives Kennedy)
  7. Oh well. I never claimed not to be high-maintenance (who cares), BUT I have been told by my BFs that I am not as high-maintenance as I think that I am. Supposedly, I am surprisingly down-to-earth. It doesn't matter because if someone loves me and treats me well, then I treat him "like a GOD" in return. NOT AT ALL FOR ME...but I have seen this countless times with others...
  8. Lol...I didn't ask that question. Kennedy asked that question.
  9. Ooooo...Bob is gonna kick Rich's ass!?! I wanna see THAT!!! Btw Bob, welcome back to the friendly skies. I can't wait to read more of your stories...lol. Also, when you eventually get your license, you and I are doing an awesome 2-way together!!! ~
  10. My parents are quite proper and quite conservative. I have never witnessed them cursing EVER. I know NO curse words in Spanish, myself. I don't know. I guess that you could always ask the men that I have dated, since I am latin myself...lol. Personally, I have noticed that I tend to date caucasian men. I have nothing against dating any particular race, though. see, free association is a dangerous thing around you, Ro. Oh no...sorry.
  11. I'd probably be forced to get a life. Either that or rule the world. You know, more or less, something like that.
  12. Thank you. That's sweet. Oh yeah, you are a fellow latino...sort-of...lol. ~ Lol...I reread that other thread where I said that I could OUT EAT you, and, omg, I guess that had possible sexual connotations if misread. At least, you kept your answers clean, even if it was a struggle. Thanks!
  13. BAD!!! A-ha, your age is showing.
  14. Yes, I knew that. Btw, it's so cute that you call me "Ro" because nobody else calls me that... except for Melstarr. When she began to call me that with her little accent, I thought that it was just adorable. Whenever you call me that, it reminds me of her and makes me smile.
  15. You're cute, Jeanne. Btw, I used to have tons of bustiers when I was in my late teens/early 20s, but I wore them under my sexy business suits with the short skirts and heels. You know, like Heather Locklear on Melrose Place, except that I was wearing those outfits waaay before her. I don't have the body or the naive fashion sense (I never realized how sexy those suit were back then) for that stuff, anymore. I am too self-conscious now. Just plain-jane jeans and cotton t-shirts for me... Kennedy ~ Stop that...lmao.
  16. That's right, buddie...wishful thinking...
  17. Oh, it's edited now...you wrote the oppisite of that originally, huh, Jeannie? I have the giggles...
  18. On the street? LMAO... Too bad...lmao.
  19. That is a lot of hardcore flying in a short period of time. 1/2 an hour of FF in one day, jumping all weekend, then another 1/2 hour, when you have never even been in a tunnel, yet...omg. You will probably learn soooo much, though. Don't forget to go to your back (your FF "happy place") when your arms are tired of holding the "sit". Have fun!
  20. Lol...see Jake, now you have all the ladies swooning over your comments...lucky guy...
  21. [replyDoes she really want to be driving her children around and jeopardize their lives if she has a seizure? She is also jeopardizing the lives of anyone else on the road who may be hurt if she happens to have a seizure while driving. She needs to get to the doctor and get on some medication in order to better control her problem. I have a friend with epilepsy who is a hard-core rockclimber. Once, he was leading a difficult multi-pitch route up a mountain side and had a bad seizure. I think that he tried to get to safety quickly, but he still hurt himself a little (banged his head or face?) when he went unconscious on the rocks. He awoke hanging in midair almost upside down from his harness. His poor partner/belayer couldn't get to him or get down from where he was belaying him, and, of course, his partner couldn't get down without my friend's belaying assistance either. They both ended up having to be rescued at dawn as my friend was weak, cold and in no condition to climb or belay anyone. (I believe that they were aid climbing...) My friend still climbs, though...mostly leads sport routes, trads & boulders, too. I have climbed with him myself and with him as my only belayer, prior to knowing the story. I still trust that he would be able to belay me properly, though, as long as he is in control of his epilepsy. Certain things can and do aggravate certain illnesses, like epilepsy. My friend listens to his body and is sure to take precautions. Lany doesn't have to give up all her desired activities (if she really is driven to do them). She needs to see what happens while she is consistently on meds first. Good luck.
