YESSS!!! While in a bar about a month ago, my BF and his friends challenged another girl on crutches to a crutch race against me. They had bets going (all $$$ on me) and everything...we were both drunk, too. Anyhoo, they went to find her once I was told about it, but she was suddenly gone. I think she got skeered.... I would have kicked her ass, too!

Well i'm walking with a cane right now. My ankle is really messed up again. Ugh, will it ever heal? Oh no...Sunny girl! At least the cane's better than freakin crutches. Damn, sorry girl! I know how difficult it can be to get around like this. ((((((((((((((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))))))))))))))

Btw, my family does have a home in Peru in Miraflores beach, although we can only go about once a year. I became a US citizen at age 14, but I actually have dual citizenship. Sorry for the hi-jack, JT! Go South! Go South! It is so cool to experience a summer holiday season.

I thought you were from California. No, not true. I was born in South America and am 100% Peruvian. When we first came to the United States, I lived in New York, but now I have lived in California for most of my life.

Could you please post a picture of her for those of us who may have seen her around, but who cannot seem to place a face with a name. I hope that she keeps fighting...and is able to one day recover from all her injuries. My prayers go out to her, her friends and family.

Yes, Jake is right! South American women are incomparable... Just kidding...I am only saying that because I am South American. I do agree, though, that if you are choosing between Eloy and/or Brazil or Argentina, then you should plan a trip down to South America! It is always wonderful to explore a new culture. Let us know your decision & please post tons of pics, JT!
