1. Julie called me as soon as you guys had completed. I'm so proud of you all. I'm just sorry that this was one world record where you, Julie, Ali, and Mary weren't in my plane
2. Nickel reacts with cellulite....
3. Mustaine is also a skydiver. I jumped with him in the UK many years ago when they were on tour there. High Speed Dirt is about skydiving. That alone should put Megadeth on top here. I see the Metallica guys in San Francisco from time to time. They seem like OK guys, but they don't look a dangerous crew any more ! I personally donl't think they've made a good record since Cliff Burton died.
4. The reserve don't know it's a reserve. It just thinks it's a main that you've been ignoring. Choose your rigger wisely, and have a plan where you leave the door and review and practice it often. Making stuff up on the spur of the moment never seems tyo pan out well.
5. Metallica is a corporation. Megadeth is a rock band. I know which one I prefer.
6. I posted this in Incidents. I'll repost it here. I can't think of anything else to say right now. Adrian was a fine man, and possibly one of the greatest skydivers of our time. It was my honor and pleasure to work alonglside him at several large formation camps in Stockholm, and many Hercules boogies. He never ceased to amaze me with the sheer brilliance of his flying. My heart goes out to him, Katerina, his child, and all the Swedish commuity that were lucky enough to have him as a friend. If it proves that his Cypres was the deciding factor that caused this, mine are coming out of all my rigs. I personally have had one misfire that couldn't be explained. Think of it as my gesture to Adrian. For those of you that knew him, raise a glass of red wine in his honor tonight. If you didn't know him, do it anyway, because he advanced your sport in ways that you don't know, and you owe him much respect. Don't be raising any crap to him either, he was a man that knew his wine. Goodbye and blue skies Adrian. Don't worry about Katrina and your kids. The Swedes will take care of them. You called Sweden home, they called you family. Rest easy.....
7. I play at pokerroom.com because I have a Mac and it's one of the few sites that support it. I could play at more if I had Virtual PC, but I'm not about to install that POS on my machine. http://www.pokerroom.com
8. This would only apply to me if you were ordering condoms.
9. Quote I had a nightmare that the MLW was like way way way off, and I had to sent it back to VSE I actually woke up scared That's not a nightmare, it's a premonition.
10. From experience. Don't get married. Just find someone you can't stand and buy them a house.
11. It's all great fun until someone barfs in the foam......

Wings W9

So you can make a rig in 2 days? Just stirring Thanks Ankie
13. [reply I've got a wings, bought new and fitted to me. Not a bad rig, but I really don't find it very comfy. The shoulder straps bite into my traps, and the leg straps pinch me. Other than that, it's a perfectly good rig. Not much you're going to buy new anymore isn't a good, safe rig. Sounds like your main lift web is too short. That can be fixed. If it really bugs you, PM me and we'll see what we can do for you. No sense in not being comfy.
14. Then just specify that you don't want the logos on it on the order form dopey. Sheesh.
15. We don't care ! Just get it to us and we'll fix it for you ! We'd rather you were happy with it no matter who you got it off.
16. Don't. Seriously. If he's that serious, just get him to stand in front of a fan and tear up money. It's about the same experience.
17. Then let us know about it at the factory ! We'll fix it for you if you actually come and tell us you know. Just call up (813) 788 1910 and let us know the problem and we'll get it taken care of for you. No reason to let your enjoyment of your rig be spoiled by something so easily fixed.
18. Actually, your problem appear to be that you don't realise that when you are in a hole, you should stop digging. Your railing against being called selfish whilst hijacking a condolence thread to trumpet what a great parent you are is the perfect example of self obsessed selfishness. Get a few more jumps in your logbook and a few more years in the sport, and perhaps you'll gain a little more perspective and maturity. Then you may look back on these posts and be as embarassed for your behaviour then, as you should be now.
19. Yes. Over 2000 jumps without one. When my current Cypres units expire this year, I won't be replacing them.
20. Here you go. 1. Skydiving is real. 2. Church is bollocks. No reason to let organized superstition bugger up your weekends is there ?
21. If it was called a Klitana, most guys would never be able to find it.
22. None of above, not that's there's anything wrong with them. I'd reccomend a Spectre. Beautiful openings, soft landings, incredibly versatile, and great resale value. FS, swooping, accuracy, CRW and birdman all in one canopy, and you get a good chunk of change for them if you keep them well maintained when you want to downsize, if ever.
23. Do you let you cat run around? Yup, but he's old now, and sticks to the backyard and the neighbors yard where it's sunny. He's never been much of a fighter unless cornered by something. I had him neutered early on, and he's a good natured mellow cat. Never had a problem with him or with the neighbors.
