Don't have a "technique." It changes. Sure, there are some things I do all the time, but that doesn't mean it will be what works next time. I go with what I am "reading" from her. I try to roll with her feedback in body language, breathing and movements. I think I have developed a pretty good sense for it.

door knobs = use sleeves to open or push open w/ body (sometimes the foot works too ) railings = don't use em' telephones & mouses = cleaned regularly w/ Lysol You got issues!

I got news for ya. The door knobs, handles, railings, telephones, computer mouses, etc, are just as bad. If some not worse. You will have your work cut out for ya to use your foot for all those things!
