If I sell my house myself, by owner, and someone comes up to buy ti who has some realtor looking for a house for them, how does the commision work? Does it come out of my pocket? Can some one straighten out this to me? If I'm owner/ seller and he's buyer/ alone- no realtor? If I'm owner/seller and he's buyer with realtor?

They asked if I was a smoker. I haven't touched nicotine in any way in 8 years, but like a dumbass, I started chewing again and did for about 2 months. I quit about 3 weeks ago. It's amazing how much I still loved it after all this time. Note to self: Dont even have just one ever again. Well I started the ball rolling on getting another life insurance policy and he mentioned the physical. I never even thought about the smoker/ nicotine thing. He said they can trace back to 6-8 months if you've used nicotine. Any truth to this? How long should I detox for before submitting myself to the doctors?

I've never done it. Does anyone participate in the act after a fight?

We took around 600 pictures on our last vacation and every one of them that my son is in looks something like this.

"Honey, don't open your mouth when you kiss daddy." My little one and half year old. -
A Typical American thing? I just drove 20 hours due west and was still in my own country. I dont think there's anything self-centered about exploring one's own country, but many people see it as being a "stupid, egotistical American." Sounds like a pretty closed minded way to approach a sex thread.

My wife an I are using this excuse to travel and visit places. How wonderful it'll be for our kids to know why we were always happy on vacations.

Raising our kids in religion. I'm anti, she's pro
Twoply replied to Twoply's topic in Speakers Corner
I'm not saying they shouldn't be exposd to the church, but the fact is that she believes so much that she is right, and I'm going to hell. I say let's expose them for a few years, and if they want to pursue it, then so be it. If they want to drop out, so be it. I told her I would not sway them one way or the other and I wont. She wants to force them to go to church until they are "confirmed." I dont know what that means, just that they have to go until they are 12 or so. I find spirituality out on a rock cliff or hiking in the woods. I've found what I think is my path to happy. But I'm also not against the fact that I wont change in the future. Maybe I'll turn religious and start going to a church. I'm not against religion. Anything that brings joy to a person's heart can't be a bad thing. But I think it's being forced down their throat too early in life. We agree on being respectful and disciplined, but religion is kind of it's own subject. I jsut cant understand why she thinks so whole heartedly that if someone doesn't belive in Jesus, they are going to hell. What about the undescovered tribe in Wireityeenska? If they haven't been discovered by a missionary, are they going to hell even though they've never heard of him? -
So my neighbor's daughter fell off the ladder to our treehouse

It happened yesterday with all the kids and parents around, so it wasn't a case of neglect on anyone's part. The dad called 911 and the ambulance arrived within 4 minutes. Turns out her little 4 year old radius and ulna were broke and they can't operate until the swelling goes down. They are good friends, so I hope the legal shit doesn't rear it's ugly head. I can't believe how bad I feel. Beware you people without kids, when you have little ones of your own, you're going to get a whole bunch of different feelings about life. -
Whats your favorite? Or what ones do you like from which companies? Add names to the list if you like. Targeted activities are moderate hiking and tower climbing for altitude.

Everyone keeps posting links over to youtube, but everytime I go to view it, it stops downloading about halfway through and it just stops. Anyone? Anyone help? Beuller? Beuller?

Changing departure date after buying through Travelocity?
Twoply replied to Twoply's topic in The Bonfire
Has anyone had any success with changing their flight plans AFTER already buying their tickets through travelocity? I got a killer rate on our tickets, but now the function's dates got changed to the next week, and I'm stuck. I haven't called and tried yet, but my woman has and it was cheaper to buy a one way ticket home than to pay the costs. Anyone have any positive advice here? Thanks -
In the last year or two, she's been all about the business between the sheets. Not looking a gift horse in the mouth, but mid thirties for ladies is supposed to be O-country, isnt it? Either that, or I'm just a good husband. A good husband with a smooth weiner. And meaty thighs.

I heard this song on sattelite radio and I hadn't heard it in years. Man I wonder how many other songs I've forgotten about that I really liked.

I just filed my third patent and I like to believe this one's got some real potential. Anybody have any experience with approaching a company to sell the idea? My reasearch gives me a wide variety of feedback obviously.
-
I agree! Excellent. They aren't scared to whack people on this show. I wonder about what was the deal with Anna Lucielle, though. She kinda was killed suddenly and never came around again in any flashes. Or Mr. Echo for that matter
-
Believe it or not, that was correct.

www.onlineconversion.com Cool website. If you dont like it, piss off.

This is funny. I'm having a related issue. I'm all set up to file my designs for patent when I come to the point where is says it needs all drawings and documents filed in .pdf form. Screeching halt. I had to email them to a friend, and he converted them for me at his office. Pain in the ass. Let me know how that nitro works.

Has anyone done the hair plugs thing? Or a hair removal and reinstalled procedure? I dont even think about being bald or really even care, but if I could have a big, thick head of hair I'd take it! I wonder with all the shit out nowadays, is it becoming more refined? And believe me when I say, if it cost a $2000 to make me look like George Clooney again, I'd do it and wear the t-shirt.

Some of the ignorant shit they talk about is enough to make anyone want to stab themselves in the ears with a welding rod. I try and try to ignore it, but I just cant. I move further and further away from people so I dont have to put up with it, but loud people are everywhere.

I work with numerous hells angels and several are very enthusiastic about their membership. They vote on things and argue about charter rules blah, blah blah. I sit alone and do my crossword puzzle at lunch and these guys just carry on and on loud and obnoxiuos about shit. I cannot shut my ears off and concentrate on a five letter word for "to go bad." The garbage they spew is just pointless. What is the point? Most of them seem ok, but more than a few are real drama queen animals.
