Hi All. So DAVID here wants to start a new thread somewhere because he said "But...It takes so loooong to scroll ALLLL the way to the booottooom" in a real whiny way so I guess since he is the "NEW GUY" in town we should not listen to him at all and keep our thread here. :) Great jumps this weekend even though it was one of the more shitty weekends I had with the whole getting "laid off" and my canopy having a big hole in it now. But you know what...the first thing I did after I got the boot was jump...and I came back the next day ready to jump someone elses canopy because I just love being at the DZ and seeing all your beautiful faces...pie covered if you're Martin.(or is it Misty) Anyways, thanks for keeping a smile on my face this weekend, all of you! I've been talking about quitting for a few months now..and getting laid off just means I get a severance pay...and the pay for my vacation that I didn't take this year. On top of that it gives me free time during the week to play more gigs with my band. I'm not concerned. Coming out of a large company carries a certain amount of weight. Thanks hon. I'm not too worried. I worked for a huge company and I'll probably get hired by a different division before Oct. 31st. At least this gives me 2 months of free money. :) I think I'll get hired by a new division and not start till after my pay out period is over AND my vacation is taken. I'm so impressed by your strength man. Wow! And you're right about the American health care system..It almost seems they only help the people who don't need the help. I have a friend who is denied health insurance because of muscular distrophy (sp.?) so he pays for the surgeries all out of his pocket. I guess I do change my view as far as Love is concerned. You do very rarely find TRUE Love and I feel like I've found it and if she was infected with some sort of STD I'd still love her and feel the same way about her. Luckily I don't have to worry about it for two reasons...She's still a member of the V club and I'm not dating her right now anyways. PUBLIC APOLOGY. I hope I didn't offend anyone by this poll...It is a very interesting topic for me because of the reason someone posted. There are some people out there who have sex with many partners and don't let them know they have an STD. I've been in such a case.
