6 jumps (1 of which was my 100th).... First 6-way attempt (for my 100th)... First jump with a mass of free fliers who ended up all on our bellies ......just for little old me and my 100th. No pies and no beers to be bought except for my pal I started AFF with, who has yet to get his A and was grounded due to nasty west winds but stuck around all day to be my photographer.....hee hee. That's a pal! Have to make 6 jumps per weekend until September to hit 200 - so far I am right there! Dreams become reality, one choice at a time...

OOooooohhhh - I thought once the 100th (or whatever milestone jump) came and went it meant you were in the clear. I'm guessing it won't happen....got lots of congrats and a few old guys looking for smooches (of course I'm always game to make someones day.... but I am guessing it has come and gone and won't be another thought. Rantoul - think I am heading to Richmond instead of Rantoul this year but who knows what could happen if I hit the lottery between now and then. Regardless of no pieing - had a FUN ASS 100th! Well I did it, despite the crazy ass west winds that were whipping all day - I made my 100th and added one more to the log book as well. Had 5 free flier pals help me celebrate and a camera guy who forgot to turn his camera on for the stills but video is cool. Attempted a 6 person cup and saucer but lost 2 people on exit, one guy sunk WAY out and the other person worked her ass off to get to us - just as we hit 5,000 and had to break off. Good stuff, happy memories but no pie and honestly...I was kinda bummed. All this hype about PIE and getting PIED and tradition. SEEMED enough people knew the 100th was coming but no pie.....ho-hum. Just would have been some fun pics - maybe next time....what is that - jump 500. Thanks to the gang....Becca, Rory, Manuel, Marco and Kramer. GOOD TIMES! Well when I got to Sebastian at 9:30 there were only about 3 jumpers there and NO Free Fliers. Waited and waited and waited then finally did a solo (96). Came down still bummed so pulled out the RW suit and made 2 jumps (97 and 98) with a couple belly flyers - interesting since haven't been on belly in almost 2 months. FINALLY some FF pals showed up and did a two way sit (99) then started planning the 100th. All kinds of ideas and since we were all FF (6 including me) we wanted to do something cool and considered a hybrid, thought about a tube but door issues made it sketchy then we decided on a cup and saucer (think that is what they were calling it)...3 of us on our bellys high linked and then 3 low links that would, once off the hill, flip legs under belly arms and almost be sitting. Was a nice idea - lost 2 people out the door, one "stinger" hung in there so we included him in the circle, 5th person was giving it her all to get to us (but fast faller) and the 6th guy just never came close when we lost him on the exit...sunk like a rock. IT was great fun, got cool video, camera guy forgot to turn his camera on for the stills (damn it) and there was no pie to be found. Honestly was hoping there would be but there wasn't.....and I still have good memories and some personal ground stills of the planning and group. That's all I have to say about that...... Hey Crystal...I live in Port St. Lucie which is 45 minutes south of Sebastian. I saw pics of a rodeo and that looks soooo cool. Wonder how many offers I could get when I announce "looking for someone to ride". I would also like to get an all girl thing going. Think Robin PM'd me with this info. Good to know. US Air has no policy on parachutes but I printed everything on carryone and stuff. I'll get there plenty early and hope for the best. I'm kinda little, don't think they will be afraid of me with a parachute - I can barely see over the seat let alone cause trouble. Dreams become reality, one choice at a time...

I just met Patrick 2 weeks ago - he left before I got into skydiving, Scott is always around with good tips and I love to watch him sail in off a camera jump (crazy!) and Sinno...Sinno is too much fun but he is in Cross Keys right now I think.
