    Hi all.....I have done BFL and actually 2 years later am still following the premise of it. It is not easy but the plan is laid out for you so with dedication and motivation - it can be done. There are 2 parts to the process and you have to do both or it won't work. I bought the book, made a plan - 6 meals a day area MUST, bought the food & supplements and joined the gym. I was a size 16, 168 pounds and 34.7% bodyfat. Last 12 week program I submitted was this past December and I am now a size 6, 128lbs and 14.7% bodyfat. Granted this is over almost a 2 year period but it is the healthy way to lose - slow and gradual and it will stay off. My legs are rock solid and the program itself is GREAT. As you get further into it, you have to "tweak" it, and I changed my supplements but it works....Go into it with the right frame of mind and I guarantee you will not be disappointed.     Took in a roommate to solve that problem...now they might move out and I am FREAKING. Their rent is my "play money". I need to recruit more tandems cause a 2nd job isn't what I want to do - when would you have time to skydive then....UGH! Dreams become reality, one choice at a time...

    I might have to take a poll next time around the DZ. Will some boob action get me extra altitude.... Good thing I brought in 5 tandems or not sure I would have gotten up a few times. My 100th jump was me, my 5 pals, the camera guy and the pilot. Nice spacious ride to altitude! NOTE TO SELF - Boobs = extra altitude (most of the time) Dreams become reality, one choice at a time...

    I made my 100th this past weekend, there was so much talk of what kind of jump to do - the last thing I remember was hearing something called a cup and saucer and then talks about what we were doing.     I want the best of both worlds.... hoping to SOMEHOW, SOME DAY talk a pilot into a nice scenic ride with my guy and then back over the DZ for a sweet jump! But this would also mean you'd have to be really comfy KNOWING someone is watching cuz you know he would be....Could you perform under the pressure? Dreams become reality, one choice at a time...

    Poor Skylark...travels all this way to have this be one of the slowest weekends I have seen at Sebastian. Not even any campers hanging out. And the winds - the winds were NOT cooperating for the newbies without license yet.     Kramer was cool - just met him that day so I was happy he was willing to join the "attempt". OK - no more pie talk! FYI - Whatever happens - I'm incredibly allergic to raspberries! So next milestone is 500 but my immedaite goal now is to hit 200 by September - just because I want to and I have just enough space left in my log book for them.....After that - I think I'll be happy letting pro-track countdown the rest....maybe.
