    Personally I am a high protein kinda girl....with lower carbs. How about some egg whites, maybe some turkey bacon and a slice of whole wheat toast with strawberry jam spread ALL OVER IT...... But if someone cooks and invites me to join the table, I'll be polite and eat whatever is put in front of me...

    Hey LSD......Most Italians DO give great hugs. Normally they are a very huggy-kissy bunch. Grew up around lots of them and LOVED it....think that is where some of my huggy-kissyness rubbed off from. I hug everyone when I meet them - sometimes people are like....WHOA - HEY - I just met ya or don't know how to hug...Those are the ones I hug ectra tight. I'll have to test this "Pablo" character out and see if he is all you gals make him out to be...You ok with that "Pablo"? I've re-nationalized you since all that mumbo jumbo earlier.     Oh yeah....smiling is not one of my weaknesses - thay actually bust my chops at Sebass and call me smiley. From my first tandem - fromt he time I signed the bazillions papers to the time I was jumping out the door - never stopped smiling. Don't think I've stopped smiling since - well there was that one time....................................... Dreams become reality, one choice at a time...

    Yeah...be positive and smile even if you have to fake it.....Everyone likes a happy upbeat person and just think......someone didn't want me either. Shiot happens - had my life not gone the way it did I would have never found skydiving or all these great people. Plus, I am frigin happier than a pig in shit these days.
