She does do some good journalism, however, so she's not all hateful. Just biased, and not all the time. You can also find hate on the right, but not nearly to such an extent. I was hoping for a bit of conversation and banter about the current Middle East imbroglio but see that is impossible in this thread, as the focus is on GWB and Iraq vice the region as a whole. Iraq lies in the Middle East, and my post was on the Middle East and not Iraq itself. You let your own hatred of GWB define what I wrote and responded accordingly. Iraq itself is improving in some areas and going straight to hell in the proverbial handbasket in others. The Middle East in general has some serious turd potential right now. The more moderate Arab states - Jordan and Egypt - along with Saudi Arabia are agitated with Iran and Syria over the recent Hezbollah activity in Southern Lebanon. Should the Israelis find or capture Iranian or Syrian advisors or troops on the ground in southern Lebanon, which they very well might do if Iran & Syria are aiding Hezbollah as much aid as I think they are, Israel might very well attack Tehran or Damascus - or both. The repurcussions of such an attack throughout the region would not be insignificant and regardless or our support of such an attack, our support and approval would be assumed. Very dangerous right now in the middle east. Much more so than I can ever remember in my lifetime. The repurcussions of an all out war there would not be insignificant and will affect us all should it come to pass.
