Actually, I hadn't heard of it. You've given one example. Do I need to compare it with the dozens from the Middle East? You and this crozby fellow seem intent on nit-picking Mr. Prager's argument to death. You might be able to find a few homicide bombings carried out by non-Muslims and such, but they take nothing away from his theme and make the questions he asks no less relevant. The parallels you present are tenuous at best. Many Spaniards openly deplore the ETA. Many Catholics and Protestants worldwide condemn the violence in Northern Ireland as profaning Christianity. The entire world condemned the genocide in Rwanda. The same people that started a small war over the visit of a conservative Jewish cleric to a shrine in Jerusalem have no public outrage when their religion is profaned in such a manner as the Chechens did recently in Russia. Clicky Given the proclivity of these folks to protest, one wonders why no (or few) mass protests have been held protesting the profaning of their religion by such evil acts as those committed in Russia recently, 9/11, homicide bombers, etc. One can form a very tenable argument that silence indicates consent. LOL. Ann Coulter sure does come up with some good material. I love the way her prose drips with sarcasm. Sometimes I wonder if the NYT is just jealous of the LA Times as being viewed as the most liberal newspaper in America and is simply trying to catch up in that regard.

I hope they blame me. Publicly. I hope they go on national television and scream about what a JACKASS I am and how badly they hate me. Especially Jack$on, $harpton, and Jack $weeney. Alas...I'm not that well known... I think that if they do lose this time around - and I believe that they shall do so - they will blame Republican smear tactics. They'd be partially correct in doing so, as the RNC has run some negative ads, but that won't be the whole reason.

The copy of the J & A should be available if you are interested. Call your congressman's office and ask them to send you a copy. I would wager that time criticality and experience are the reasons given in the original J & A, but can't say for sure as I haven't read it. I agree, sKerry is scum. However, I am a different man than I was 10 years ago, much less 30. If the SOB realizes now that what he did back then was horrible, perhaps I'd have an iota of respect for him. Unlike Jane Fonda, sKerry hasn't apologized, nor do I believe he will.

I despise John Kerry. However, I also am against making medals awarded 30 + years ago a campaign issue. He served. Good for him. His POST service actions are what make him such a despicable person. The only sequitur thing about Monsieur sKerry's medals for me are when he was throwing them over the fence at Dewey Canyon.
