I think you missed some key words there - 'estimates' and 'completely dependent'. The exploration will cost oil companies millions. Not my argument at all. My point is that nobody has stated unequivocally that Ms. Plame was a covert employee. If she was an OVERT employee, in contrast, then revealing her connection was in now way criminal.
