Theres a guy who works in one of my radiology groups named Chris Martin. The first time I got an email from him at work I think I jumped out of my chair and clung to the ceiliing. I'm almost used to that guy by now.. haha. I think its okay to bring up those threads. Of course, its going to lean towards those who were popular on this site. Doesnt mean we dont miss everyone else. Although I will say that I did NOT like it when Bolas bumped a whole page of Shannon's threads the day after she died. His intentions were to memorialize her but it was upsetting to me because it was that much more real that she was gone. Maybe others liked it though.

Dude don't worry.. I did week one for three weeks.. and took to doing it twice in a row (running for an hour) before I moved up to week 2. So I'll probably do week 2 for a couple more weeks. Who cares as long as my butt is moving and I'm making progress. Its MY workout.

Jaye, pace yourself and do what works for you. Not everyone is a natural born runner. Even when I was in killer shape and teaching kickboxing classes, running kicked my ass. I'm doing pretty good with this program though.. just by keeping at it.

I know that chick! Thats why I've been running outside.. but I hate being cold and it hurts when your feet get tingly from the cold. Screw that.

Yeah.. not many of us have those.. which is why we're doing this. Its even cold enough in Atlanta to quit running outside. So back in to the gym! Y'all just remember that in the winter people are sweating and snotting all over the gym equipment so wipe it down before and after, and wash your hands!! I used to work in a gym and you wouldnt believe the germ infestation in the winter. Yuck.
