    In Tullahoma, Walmart is at the end of the runway. We used to joke around that if you were going to land off, just land over there so you can come back with your case of beer. Not so funny story.. a jumper had a cypres save and landed in a tree on the edge of wal mart's parking lot. She woke up to wal mart shoppers trying to get her out of the tree.

    I agree with your post. The more you let people get away with taking advantage of others, the more they will just keep doing it. Don't just write it off. Call them out and make them own up to it.

    Yeah I put them in my Gel Kinsei's. True you do need to have good shoes and replace them often, but before I put superfeet in them, my left ankle and shin would start to hurt about a mile and a half in to my run. I'm not a serious runner though.. 8mi/week maybe.

    I put some insoles called Superfeet in my running shoes. No more pain my ankles or shins.
