    Very cool.. sky surfing and wingsuit flying portrayed in a very accurate and positive manner! Although I snub my nose that these clips were part of a segment called "boys will be boys". Girls fly wingsuits and sky surf too!

    As far as I know.. you are not going to find a turbine dz within a days driving distance of El Paso. Probably the closest drive would be skydive san marcos, if you feel like making a weekend trip. But if youre going to make a weekend trip to San Marcos, you also need to go tubing on the Guadalupe River. Memorial day is the first big weekend on the river.. and hell yes I will be there! And at SSM! (excited happy dance!!) But ya know the cool thing about Texas is that SWA flies hops all day long in between cities for cheap. You could get over to houston in a couple of hours. You've got options. DZ in Santa Teresa, everything out there is brown and either really flat or a mountain. Interesting terrain.

    I have an ASC shirt too.. its yellow and its waaaay too big for me. My ex bought it for me. That was nice of him, but I guess he thought he had a fat girlfriend. That, or he just wanted me to wear a tent to hide my figure. Probably the latter.

    You can try, but I doubt you will get away with it. Anyone who knows me knows that theres no way in HEYULL I'm going to land in a balloon. If I've got altitude, I'm using it. You fam and friends probably already assume that you're going to jump, so you'd just look like an idiot trying to "fall out". Do a really cool exit for them to enjoy instead, and save uncle bob's heart attack for Thanksgiving dinner.

    What, no Penguins?? Those were my favorite when I was a kid (and lived in England). My "mum" used to put them in my lunch. I dont even remember what they tasted like, other than I liked them!

    My grandmother used to always make us do that when we got out of the swimming pool. Although I thought it was hydrogen peroxide... I dunno, its been about 20 years.

    When I lived in Austin, I gave up a kick ass townhouse just south of downtown to move to the north side of town, four blocks from my office because traffic was such a bitch. I didn't ever really like that apartment, (the one 4 blocks from office) but I didnt spend a lot of time there either. I was traveling, working, at the gym, at friends houses. I dont think I hung a single painting on the wall. It was just a huge stress relief to know that I didnt have to rush through work and leave by a certain time to avoid sitting in traffic for over an hour. Unless you have other options that seem more suited to you, this doesnt sound so bad! Its what you make it. I'd live in a dirt hole if it were five min from the dz!
