I'll be your friend. Last weekend proved to me that I have a lot actually. About 50 people keeping one eye on me and the other on hippie while we attempted 30 jumps, and then ten of those people came over to help me move the next day.

Thanks everyone! It was a very fun day! We could not have done it without everyones help! I wish I could have made it to 30 but my canopy and I were not playing nicely with each other. I believe I grounded myself at the appropriate time. I would have been more upset with myself if I'd gotten hurt than I would for not making ten more jumps. We started turning loads at load 5. I made it through load 19, either having 5 minutes after a hop n pop to come in to the hanger, switch rigs, and head back out to the plane, or having someone run a rig out to us in the landing area and get right back on it! I must admit it was a fun challenge! HUGE THANKS!!!!! To everyone who came out and jumped with us, ran rigs out to us at the landing area, forced us to drink water and gatorade. Extra props to Travis, Brie, Tom, and Laura who all made more than their usual number of jumps in order to keep the loads turning. Thanks to Blaine, SkyDave, and Rockstar Jessie for packing their asses off for me. April, Krisanne, Kelly, and Michelle for taking good care of us! Love you guys! Also, big thanks to everyone who came to help me move yesterday after the dz event. After I get all unpacked, big party at my house! I have awesome friends!!

I'll miss that DZ. Lots of good memories there. The CASA boogie a few years ago is where I really connected with ATL jumpers and established some wonderful friendships.

Hrmm... the Roaming DZ just isn't right without an RV. Maybe we should rent one when we get there. Lisa.. Spence is going to need a microphone, music with words, and a kiddie pool full of jello pudding. We'll bring our own electric 8-way.
