I never did until about 2 years ago. My wife started having upset stomachs all the time so we cut out the garbage. If you cannot pronounce the name on the label, it's not food is her reply now. We added a lot of veggies to our diet. I cut out fast food, pop, and my oh so love Cheetos. (MAN I MISS THOSE) Fish, chicken, steaks, pork, any meat really but in the right portions and veggies. Lots of water and I got my fat ass to a gym and started running again. I am down 20lbs now but I think the last 15 I want to lose is gonna be a bitch. *** Nope! I think Cuban's are overrated anyway. So many people left Cuba but they took their seeds, knowledge and family traditions to growing and making them with them. They are "Illegal" here. What me and some friends did is went through Panama on the way down and on the way back we had to head to Bogota then back to the states. When you get there you buy a page for yout passport and thats what they will stamp when you get to Cuba. Then when you come back you pull the page so Customs doesnt see it. In all honesty though the place is a real shithole! I almost forgot too, Take Canadian money with you to exchange. GOOD! What an asshat! You know when I do something stupid I sure as hell don't go on TV to show how much of a dumb ass I am. Last year at the race track on the bike when I took another rider out and he crashed I sure as hell didn't brag about it. He got his 15 min of fame. I dont know. Only Sim's I have been in were in Houston and I was too busy having the instructor take away my hydraulics, steering, and throwing an engine fire at me at the same time. Never got to see what it looked like inside. If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck!

Well since I don't drive semi anymore I can tell of my illegal trip of 1585 miles in a 24 hour period. I picked up produce from 2 different farms and drove from Homestead Florida to Dallas TX. I was beat! But I made some good money for 24 hours then I was visiting relatives in Dallas for the weekend. If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck!

OK, If i remember im trying to visualize the foward column and I think one side acts like the master and the other is slaved in. but they connerct to the same control column mechanism. If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck!

I think it's called a "break over 'check"? I remember doing the op's check on that. Basically the tech in left seat pulls and tech in right pushes and we measure the force need to it.
