Glide Path is now Flight Concepts. There are no Service Bulletins on the canopy that I know of. I have been jumping one since 1985 and for what I do they are a great canopy. Sparky http://www.flightconcepts.com/ Sorry, I do not know how to make a clicky. My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

Just about every major equipment manufacture both in the U.S. and around the world produce something that is sold to the military. Para-Flite, as Scott mentioned, has almost quit the sport market. It is owned by a European company, Airborne Systems. Airborne consists of Irvin-GQ, AML, Para-Flite, Irvin and Irvin-Canada. They make everything form cargo air delivery systems to canopies for ejection seat head boxes. My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

On the Texas POP's loads, 62 way, I was on an outside wacker and my Pro Trac said I averaged 120 to 123 mph. on all attempts. The base was somke'n and it made everything on the outside much easier. I think 108 is way to slow but thats just my opinion. My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

I first ran into this in Texas for the state POP's record. I was a floater on a trail plane and docking in an outside wacker. I was leary at first but it worked great and after a couple of times really made more sense. Sparky My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

*** I jumped a 'safety flier' ONCE as a main OUCH! At your size that had to be a big OUCH. Dean Westguard used to jump one and the ground shook when he landed. My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

Just remember that the guy teaching the class at one time felt just like you do. If you don't have your own canopy see if you can borrow an old one for the school or a local rigger and take it home. Then pack the shit out of it and it will come. Welcome to the world of skydiving, ain't it great. Sparky My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

Trim on todays canopies is very critical in both opening and performance. A line set should all be made under tension at the same time to get the best results. My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

Fighter. Once the environment is safe for my loved ones, pure lover. And you can be a fighter without being mad and hating. Heck, you can wade through a riot humming "whistle while you work", while dropping fools for the zip-tie squad to collect. Being a fighter doesn't mean a person is angry, hating, or even perturbed. Just making things right for the loved ones to show up later with a pic-a-nic basket. I would say that just about covers it. My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

I woun't know, I am not old enough to remember "Satety Stars". lol I do know they were only about 180 sq. ft. Ouch My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

Was this the case when you had 21 jumps? _Am It is even more important that students and low time jumpers use a conscious action. imho My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

In my work I jump rigs with the deployment handle in a variety of places. I do this without problems because I do not rely on muscle memory. When you initiate deployment it should be deliberate conscious action. Sparky My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

NOT? In the late 70's and early 80's it was jumped hundreds of times with regular skydiving rigs. Same bridle and PC. Hell the damn thing is higher them most Hop&Pops. My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals -
You might give some thought to ordering a line set from the manufacture. They can be a real pain in the ass to make. You will need a line table set up with line pulleys and a tension device to pre-stretch before marking. You will need to run two groups of lines, the ones from canopy to links and one for the upper cascade lines. All your measurements must be made while under tension. A trapping fid of some kind, this would be a good chance to try Hook's sewless trap. Good luck. Sparky My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals
