I agree, Walgreens sucks donkey dick. Most of the staff in the one here are on SSRI's and float around behind the counter like TinkerBell. They did short my Mom several times, no reimbursement, not even a weak-ass apology. Then I switched her to a mail order service. End of problem. Plus there is the psychological component. That is the low porosity apex. Okay, now I can see that. Yesterday it looked like that white thing was on the outside of the lines, like a pilot chute hanging off the end of a bridle dangling from the apex. Sorry Maura, I have to agree with HungarianChicks comment. I used to work in the fashion industry back in the late '70's. Women in this country are legendary for buying one or two sizes too small. Both cup size and chest circumference. If you can see skin folds/depression lines on the shoulder straps and rear strap go to a bigger size, keep the same cup size or bigger or go one to two bigger all around. Geez ladies it's not rocket science. Measure at home to get a ballpark sense and don't let your vanity get in the way. A lot like trying to squeeze you feet into too small of a shoe.
