And that's where this thread's discussion is headed. If Nat's champions got there by ill means, then they'd not be representing our country (USA) with a true raw score talent. Same for other countries who qualify for the World Stage. Why let it start in the lower levels, only to creep upwards with that team's mentality later... If Nat's has to put security in place now, shame on us. But if it is needed, then it will be our fault. I support banning all team members who are caught in this action. Even in the Intermediate or Rookie divisions. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

So, do we need to have security personnel escort the videoflyer from the landing area to the judges booth now? Seems like the easiest solution. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

I thought that part of the bid process was to include weather reports from the previous five years during the time Nationals would be scheduled? I doubt the USPA would have allowed it to happen if the odds were not in favor of good weather. True. However, the bidding rules do not specify -which- 5 years a DZ has to submit. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Do you know this guy??? ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Absolutely correct. It'll be -very- interesting to read Omniskore from Lake Wales on what they've learned from previous nationals gone by. The only thing they can't control down there is the weather. I still think we were -mighty- lucky with Nats 2002 being so clear and beautiful. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Actually, they called it quits the first night -before- finishing the judging for all the team's 7th rounds. They came in the next morning, and while we were up in the air with round 8, they were finishing round 7's judgefest. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

So many good pictures flashing through my mind here. --skypup's smile after that sunset formation load on Saturday! --Viking's expression after Amy's kiss pass surprise on this 10-point 4-way! --dragontail's face on Mouth's video as she attempted to wake him up on Sunday morning! (man, you looked like you were in pain!) --McGowen's ever present smile. --Viking's dunking on Saturday night. --Mouth being called in to see Dan in Manifest every few minutes... --Seeing myself in my RW suit for 4 days! Felt good to actually -touch- people in freefall instead of always being a voyeur. Way cool 5 days. So cool in fact that I took today off work again! And no, quade...it's not SARS! ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Will work on this tomorrow.

Yeah, that story you told me is really frightening! Wonder how many shorts were carrying a brown load in that Suburban after it careened around you and ended up off roading it before stopping! ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Ok...for those of you who weren’t able to make it to the most awesome boogie at Perris this year.... The automobile chosen to replace my beautiful ‘baby’...Mustang GT... is something that is indeed more powerful (lighter body weight), quicker from the stoplight/stopsign, faster to raise the rpm’s, yet able to keep me from busting myself (in not being behind bars the very first week). Let’s just go through the list first. I did not get: 1) Nissan 350Z (too expensive) 2) Mustang GT (no head room) 3) Mustang convertable (would get slashed where I work) 4) Mazda6 (interestingly enough, it got poor ratings with Consumer reports) 5) Hyundai Tiburon (well, no explanation there) 6) Toyota Celica (for the 2nd time, when I’ve gone to buy a new car from any of the 3 Toyota dealerships around, they had VERY POOR customer service. Now, if they’re going to treat a valuable customer (with cash in hand) like this, how are they going to treat someone who comes in with service needs months later?? Nope, not for me. 7) Mazda RX8 (not out, at least where I live...and most likely too pricey anyway) 8) Dodge SRT-4 (the seats were WAY too narrow!) 9) Acura RSX (liked the power, but didn’t like the fact that you have to rev it up to 7500 rpm to get the most ideal performance out of the engine. GREAT for a race track, but not for ‘normal driving’ conditions). 10) Subaru WRX (very, very nice. However, -this- car would have really gotten me in trouble FAST! I would have missed the boogie, and would have been calling you all to come and bail me out from behind bars! Not safe for me. Just ask quade!). What I did decide on, is HERE. 210 horsepower. V6 SOHC, 3.0 liter, 5 speed. Ultra Red Pearl with black leather interior. And for the '03 GTS model, it gets good Consumer Reports and Intellichoice ratings. Interesting enough, it kicks my ‘98 Mustang GT’s butt!! ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

dz.commers who didn't want to mix it up with a larger formation dive. We had 2 RW groups....one going for the record, and another practicing their skills so they could add to that group once the record was first broken. We had a really kick ass formation load at sunset! Only one person out (low). The pictures of that are spectacular! What was the word that Skypup used to discribe that particular dive?.....Airgasmic! ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Hanging my flag outside my house as we speak. With my nephew in the Navy, this memorial day is especially meaningful. Thank you to all the vets out there. If not for your sacrifice we would be in a completely different world. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

PD blue is no more...Shannon is on MajiK Ah, yeah, I know that. However David Van G. is still carrying the banner of being from PD Blue to carry credibility into his tunnel training camps. So the name, PD Blue, is still alive. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

TMI dude....and you suck! But in the nicest possible way, of course. Well, it's a proven therapeautic technique I've heard. Just ask kskeie!! ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

The video is safe and in very capable hands tonight. And on night vision mode your eyes really stand out there, Shark! Ah, two fisted drinking while fighting for the controls of the bomber! Great fun indeed!!! ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

It -should- have been working late last night! Viking decided to grace us with a swim! He looked mighty fine! ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Congratulations to the new record holders! I'll try and get the pictures up on my web page this week as well. Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Damn! Not sure who looks more surprised at the new view...the cows or the people from the oncoming traffic on the road. Great rescue job! Glad you and your compadres are o.k. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon -
Yeah, he swooped that slot. He owes you a free video when he gets the weekend footage together into a production! Oh, and when you get that beautiful motorcycle back here you owe me a ride! That's one awesome bike!!! ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Deuce, You are missed here more than words can say. As I strapped on my camera, your absence was poignant. You were definitely here in spirit and on each and every load. Reading your post here tonight from the Bombshelter, well...it brought me almost to tears. (well, my voice is completely lost, so I can't swear.... ). Uh, oh....Sangiro just strolled up and saw that I was on the computer...on -his- newgroup...and told me I got to get a life....get back outside and get off this damn computer! He also told me to say a big 'hello' to you, too. Get well and let's do that jump together soon. Miss you! ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Oh! THAT one . . . Ok....finally got a chance to look at JP's x-rays today. The cuboid looks like a hairline fracture, but the most obvious is the displaced fracture of the fibular head. You know....the lateral malleolus. The most distal end is fractured and flared out laterally. Looks like he stepped down hard and pushed the ankle into a supinated position, thus fracturing the tip with the force. Deuce is off for home now, and we wish him swift healing! What a great guy. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Yeah, it's beatiful outside here at Perris! Now, why aren't you out there skydiving, Rhino?????? ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

So, how are you going to attract the skygod coaches from Airspeed, PD Blue, Majic, etc to this forum when they already have their profiles and schedules listed on another web page? And can we attract the high profle instructors like the FlyBoyz, Tanya, etc to this forum as well? ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
