    Since I live in San Antonio and jump at Sky Dive San Marcos, that would be my choice. Houston is about 3 hours away and Dallas about four. There are I think around 14 operating dropzones in the state. SAT has a respectable and improving job market and its the best big city to live poor in. Also you can't get real Tex Mex food in any of those other places. Just a thought.     We just had a visit from this very same helicopter this weekend at Sky Dive San Marcos. Did 9 loads in something like 2 hours Saturday. Do Not pass this up. That was a badass jump from around 5k.     racer42 reviewed admin's gear in Containers

    I tried to wait before I reviewed the new Infinity, but after 10 or 12 jumps I have to say this is the best rig I've ever flown. I am really impressed with the fit and finish of this rig. Not only is it beautifully engineered it just feels good wearing it,on the ground and especially in the air. The exceptional pin and riser protection gives me a lot of confidence in tight aircraft cabins and in every skydive. Even with a 190 sq. ft. main it still packs great and looks terrific. Riggers seem to really like it. Can't beat the price either. This is good stuff!!

    Times are so remarkably different. I tried to get my kids out of the house today on a bright, beautiful S. Texas day. Nope. No Luck. My Dad and Grandfather through me into the middle of Pensacola Bay one summer day to see if I could swim. I came up laughing and swimming. Oh yeah. I was 8.
