I had just heard of someone who had used something like it and because they were able to close a rig with a 1 inch closing loop did. Luckly that person didn't need to use the reserve. I just hope that there is some warning on it to tell riggers that they can over tighten the rig with this devices, cause as I think it was riggerrob who said it, "riggers can do things that manufacturers never thought up in thier worst nightmares" Fly it like you stole it!

Phree, have you used one of these? If so please tell me your actual experience with it. Also explain how you do a pull test after a fresh repack? Since the only pull tests I have seen were done right before the repack. Fly it like you stole it!

He is a full time skydiver so he actually gets paid to jump. Out of town boogies - I usually pay (only fair since I make more money and am the one who wants to go to the boogies) Fun jumps at the Home DZ - we pay for our own although sometimes I bum a jump or 2 off of his account. Derek just flew out to SFO (san fransico) from DEN (denver) and back. He didn't have a single problem with his rig on Delta, ofcourse it does fit very nicely into his carry on bag. His checked bag on the other hand, on the way back arrived the next day. Fly it like you stole it!

I've ridden on her in the summer and she was a dog, but I have to give leaway since the field elevation was over 6000ft and we were going to 17.5 (MSL). Right now it's cooler and we are hauling ass to altitude, turnaround time is 18 min. 5400 field elevation to 17.5 (MSL) It does have a bar inside the door, so you may have been in it. Not an issue, I was loading it the same without lead as I load my X-fire with lead. (1.3) Honestly I couldn't tell you if it is any different since I've never jumped it at sea level. I'm planning on making a few jumps on it at Eloy though. Fly it like you stole it!

50:3:1 50 Jello shots made....about half of them were eaten due do everyone bailing cause of the high winds. 3 jumps, high winds kept everyone but the fun jumpers grounded so they only made a total of 5 loads for the weekend. Great jumps though helped one of the guys with his ink still fresh A license get his 1st 5 way, not only that it was a 3 point 5 way, of course it helped that Hooknswoop and BPS were both on it 1 case of jello shots for my first jumps on my stiletto 97 that I've had for months and haven't been able to jump until now. Fun little canopy but I think I'll stick with my crossfire, I like having bottom end flare. Fly it like you stole it!

Sweet!!! I put the jello shots in the fridge about 2 hrs ago so they will be ready for some drunken debauchery. Well here is the weather, but usually this isn't very accurate cause the winds can be haulling everywhere else in the state and in that little valley it is as dead as can be. So no matter what, Derek will be doing his seminar and we be partying at the DZ and in Canon City for the night. Did this change? When I bought my crossfire 116 in 2000 Simon said that if I didn't like it I could send it back. Hmmm....Maybe it had something to do with the size, cause when they took it back due to the recall they had it resold within 3 weeks. Fly it like you stole it!

Just my opinion, I don't know anything about the sure grips, but I do recommend cordura grippers. Not to help the grip so much as they are just more durable for those not so perfect exit launches Fly it like you stole it!
