  1. So? Does that make it OK to take the Rangers Beret away and give it to a POG just to make them feel special? How about this...Wanna Feel special?...BE special. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  2. The "Tetris" does not exist yet. But it is a comp suit with all the additions you can think of and it has these knife edge booties that are awesome. When we started jumping a Michigan suit there were a few things we thought could be improved. Mike worked with us on them till the suit is exactly what we wanted. So many people at our DZ started ordering the suits just like we had them. Instead of telling him all the things they wanted...We just said "Just like Ron/Steve's". "Just like Ron/Steve's" is a really stupid name. So Mike came up with the name "Tetris". He plans on making the suit only one way...Decked out with no options. Some of the things are still in R&D. We are looking at a new bottom of the bootie...ect. Some of the features have already been added to the standard comp suit (Filler of the grips ect). To be honest I don't know what a new "Standard" suit is like...I have had custom R&D suits for the last three years, and most folks on out DZ have the same thing. All I can say is that Mike builds a great suit that really stands up to the beatings. And his customer service is the best I have ever seen. Customer service is important to me. For the record, I just BOUGHT two suits from him (I did get a deal, but I got offered the same deal from others)...I get nothing for talking his suits up. I just believe in them, and he is a good guy I am glad to do business with. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  3. Never had a Bev...So I don't know. I do know that for durability my Michigan beats every other suit I have jumped. I have two Michigan suits. One has around 700 jumps and 30 hours of tunnel. The other has a little under 400 jumps and 50 hours of tunnel. I love my Michigan suits. Call him and ask about the "Tetris" suit...A fully loaded decked out comp suit....Very nice. 4. Problem is you can't. You become complacent in small steps. Yesturday I noticed I didn't Zero my alti on a fun jump. Not a big deal since I was at my home DZ and live there...But I didn't zero it. Its the little things that build up over time. You rarely notice them. I would instead focus on not being careless. 6. No one likes a peacock. However when I got my Beret, it was a proud moment. It looks good in the dress uniform, and if you have earned it...Good for you. Gen "Shitalkis" desire to give a Beret to everyone was a shame. Just like many things in todays society instead of making those that want something work hard for it, they just give it away. Taking the Black Beret away from the Rangers to give it to some Clerk who whinned about not getting enough pussy without one and in a lame attempt to boost the POG's self esteme to prevent the Doc from giving him prozac was a shame...Rangers EARNED the Beret. 8. Can't: 1. I don't have permission, nor would I ask. 2. I am relectant to post ANY persons picture on the internet, much less a picture in any kind of compromising position. I mean if I wanna do it again, I'd better not blow it now. (take that BOTH ways) "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  9. Watch the DVD I gave you. Imagine you in your slot. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  10. No be honest. Give him the Parachutist with the incident reports in it. Let him know that 1 in a 1,000 jumpers die a year. (Based off of 35000 USPA members and 35 deaths a year.) "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  11. Lady...You are WAY off on that one. The only thing I have seen him get violent on is a beer. Edit...Anyone that wants to see a bounce is fucked up. I know people that wanted to see a fatality...I told them not to look, but they did anyway. One quit the sport, another needed therapy, anoter still started drinking alot. Uncool situation. 12. The person who wrote it is a nice person. But the pride she took staying in the sport broke both her femurs. Somehting wrote about her by a man I really trust. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  13. I was dating this girl...And she was rather kinky. We would just be walking through the woods and she would grab me drag me willingly to the woods. One day she walked into the bedroom wearing my Jump suit, and it was clear that she didn't have anything on uderneath. The next day I opened up my rig and spread the canopy out in the spare bedroom on the floor. As we were walking out to go eat with some friends, I started kissing her and opened the room...When she saw tha canopy all laid out on the floor...Well lets just say that we were VERY late for dinner...I have some great pics of her both in my JS and laying nakid wrapped up in my canopy. No, I will not post them. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  14. See if you can find a DZ that does Static line. It will allow you to jump more for less money. I would not recomend going into debt to learn...Whats next going into debt for gear, then a boogie. Before you know it you are deep in debt and at some point you have to pay for it. 15. My only problem with that is registration has been shown time after time to be the first step in confiscation. Also, if they came to take your guns, and knew what you had....Then the revolution would have to start right then....Or it would be lost. Once you give up your right to keep a gun, you will never get it back, and then it would be almost impossible to make a stand against a corrupt government. I actually agree. I would not have a problem with someone having them if they passed background checks and security requirements....However, I agree that these should not be available to just anyone. 16. I think the founding fathers wrote the 2nd Amendmant with the revolution in mind. They knew that an armed populace would be able to ensure that the government didn't go overboard. As I am sure you know that teh founding fathers were unhappy with Mother England and needed "the people" to rise up and arm themselves against it. My take on the 2nd is that the founding fathers wanted to ensure that we would always have the tools needed to rise up against an oppressive government. This means that I think that "the people" should be allowed weapons that a small unit would use. Afganistan and our Revolution showed that an armed populace can make changes. I also feel that to posses a weapon there should not be a record that would allow confiscation. I feel that a screening is needed to prevent criminals and people with mental problems. If a person wishes to "carry" then they should have to pass tests and back ground checks. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

  18. Seems strange to me that the second is bracketed by the term and it is interpreted to be "Individuals"...But in the second some think it means something else. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

  22. #1 don't feel sorry for me. He had intel that pointed to a conclusion. He did not lie. You could say that he and Congress, the UN, and several other countries all read the intel wrong. But its not a lie if you think its true, its just wrong. If I tell you that the weather this weekend should be great according to the WX forcasts, and the weather turned to crap. I did not lie. For it to be a lie I would have had to know that the WX was going to be bad. Was Gore, Berger, and Kerry also lying? 23. Yes, then you take a turn so they can take a break and watch you. Plus it teaches grip discipline. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
  24. I have TONS of two way drills. 90,180,270,360,540 Turns one at a time. Starting from a star changing directions on each turn. Star, slide. Starting from 2 people in "star" with the other two missing. #1 side slides down #2 till they build a "Bipole". Then #2 person cracks a 180 to rebuild the "star" and then slides down #1 to the bipole. Open accordian to Bipole...Standard 180 degree turns. Open Accordian to opposite Bipole. Starting from an open acc (say left hand) translate left while doing a 90 degree left turn to a bipole. I got more, but these are good ones.
