Thanks for the welcome...And the info on the Skydiver Resurrection Award Facebook page. I'll check it out. I see your in Mesa...my brother lives there....I've been there a couple times. Never skydived there but maybe some day.

Hi everyone...looking for some input..I've been out of the sport for over 10 years and will be buying some gear in the spring. I did my recertification training and did a few jumps a few weeks ago. Just a little history....I started jumping in 92 and my last chute was a sabre 190..my exit weight back then was 250 or so. I've been researching the sabre 2 210 my exit weight will be around 235 to 240. I liked the flare and the flying characteristics on my old sabre. I'm wondering if the sabre 2 is about the same as the original sabre. From what I'm reading the openings can be long snivels with end cell closure and some line twist from time to time. Would appreciate any input from some seasoned sabre 2 pilots. Thanks Jim

Hi everyone I'm back after over 10 years off....I hooked up with a great old friend (David) that I haven't talked to in years. He invited me out to my old home drop zone ( Cleveland Skydiving Parkman Ohio) several weeks ago to reminisce about old times. I told him I had been thinking about getting back in the sky. I meet up with several old friends from back in the day. When they heard my thoughts of getting back up. Marcie the drop zone manager called my original Instructor from 1992 MaryO. What a blast she came out did my recertification training and did two jumps. I will be buying some gear and start jumping in the spring. Can't wait to get back in the air with some great old friends.
