    You made your first flight and now planning to jump a Mach 1. Please don't think i'm trying to sound all 'don't do this', but... you might want to make a few jumps on a smaller suit before you consider jumping that M1. It's a high performance suit and requires a bit more skill to jump it safely.

    Hi all, The BIRDMAN Factory Skyflying team - Top Gun, will be holding another wingsuit weekend in the UK. Skydive Sibson in Peterborough, UK - 30 Jun / 1 July. We'll be offering first flight courses for free, coaching and load organising. Whatever your skill level, we can cater for you. From your first flight, to advanced acrobatics and formations, we'll work with you to safely improve your skills and get you on some kick ass flocks. We'll be using this weekend as a UK warm up for the big way event in Cochstedt the following week, working on the skills needed for big way wingsuit flying. Don't worry if you don't have a wingsuit, we'll have lots of demo suits with us! There will be a Skyvan and a Turbo Let available for jumping. There are close to a million posts on this very subject and i think you'll find the things you say you are not interested in are the very things that will give you your answer. Why do you want to know the answer? If it's because you're looking to buy one, try a few out. See what you like the most and what works for your level of skill.     At Langar, Factory team members will be available for ground coaching, questions, advice etc. There was also talk of giving a seminar on wingsuiting in general, but i'll need to get confirmation on that

    I'm confused. In your first post you said you'd be waiting before making any wingsuit flights, but that you wanted to buy the suit now for when you were ready, yet here, you say you'll try the S3 before you buy it? Without sounding like mr 'no', you really shouldn't jump an S3 at your number of jumps. If you were jumping it to try it, how will you know what to look for? How will you know how it compares to any other suit? What are you looking to gain from test jumping it? In my opinion, if you want to buy it, go ahead, it is a great suit, but really, please don't jump it until you have a few more jumps, and at least some experience in flying lower performance suits. Stay safe
