Right, the results are in... I went out last night as a last minute thing, i got some work done earlier than i was expecting, but still had to catch up. So, drinking fairly quickly i had: 2 corona's (4.7% abv) 10 vodkas (in the UK these are 25 ml measures) 2 shooters 4 more vodkas I then had a glass of water before bed, but not my usual pint for hang over curing, just a small glass as i was thirsty. I took two pills just before i went out, then two just before we moved onto the club (between the vodka's and shooters). Got back at about 2 this morning (i think), then had to get up at 7 for work. Normally this amount of alcohol would see me very pale the next day and moving as little as possible. However, i feel FUCKING GREAT!! except being a bit tired, but thats nothing a red bull cant cure. i'll see how the rest of the day pans out, but so far, it's looking good

I hate going to a club at night and coming smelling stinking of an ashtray, knowing that my health will have been affected through passive smokers. I wish our spineless prime minister would do what the rest of europe has and just ban smoking in most places. He wont of course, because there are too many smoking voters. Depending on the helmet and how handy you are, I'm sure you could figure out a way to mount an audible on/in it. If you're looking for an inexpensive helmet that provides good protection and can easily be modified to accept an audible, don't forget about the "full cut" Protec. It ain't the prettiest, but it does the job a whole lot cheaper than the "skydiving specific" helmets on the market. not to mention the safest...
